It was my son's very first eye exam and the staff there were excellent! They were speedy and had great customer service. The doctor my son saw also was very patient and clearly helped him through the process. My time and money were well spent there. Very great experience from beginning to end.
My exam was at the Costco in Mettawa and that was the easiest and fastest eye exam I've done so far and I've been going through this for years! Just a slight wait for the patient infront of me to get him done but as soon as it was my turn it was like in and out kind of a deal. The ladies who made it happened, Dr. Kaplan and her staff are tremendously friendly and knowledgeable about my benefit. The VSP rep I talked to was so cautious about paperwork that made me think mistakes always happened but not at this clinic. Thanks!
Had my eye exam at Costco today. It's the third time I was in for an exam. Each time I have seen Dr. Strasser. He is very professional, friendly, and efficient. He fitted me with contacts today that so far I love. I think Connie was the woman in the office that helped me she was also great (sorry if it's not your name). Thanks for the pleasant experience!!!
I trust Dr. KNOBLE. She is open minded and flexible yet very knowledgeable. Her advice always makes sense. She has been providing me with eye prescriptions and counsel for the past three years.

Our family of four all with visual needs have been coming to Visibly Better Eye Care for many years and have always been extremely happy with all aspects of the services we ve received. The doctors are great and thorough, the staff and online appointment portal make it easy to book your appointment and most importantly for me, the fact that they are open both Saturday and Sunday. With two daughters who have been away at college. having the weekend appointments available has been so helpful!
The O.D. (Doctor of Optometry) did a very thorough and professional exam. The atmosphere was pleasant and the office was in a quiet, private suite within Costco.
I went there on a weekday afternoon, and they were able to see me within an hour. Of course, make an appointment, but if you don't, they will try to fit you in.
I had a few questions and the O.D. was unhurried and took the time to answer them fully.
Whatever you want the exam for (to buy glasses, that day, get your prescription checked, get a prescription to use somewhere else), it is quick and easy.

I would like to write a review of the service from the optometrist but since I have called 9 times to make a appointment but nobody has ever picked up the phone I cant do such a thing. The recording tells you to go online to make a appointment when you click on the link they want all your information to create account. I don't want a account I just want a appointment to get my eyes checked. They tell you to text them but how do I know they are not going to use my number for marketing purposes. All I wanted to do is get a eye exam but now I will never use this company.
