The battered bits of fish (kibbeling?) and chips were excellent, and I shall return. If only I could read Dutch because I expect there's lots else on the menu which I'd enjoy.

On Sunday afternoon we picked up a delicious and deserved fresh herring. Before that, we walked a lot in the robbenoord forest For the children tasty fish fries and chips! All super tasty!

Gourmet food was good bit of a shame about the many bones. Fries were mediocre salad not quite high.

Eating excellent fish in the port of den Oever. There is a nice display of fresh fish and a wide choice of dishes. You order at the counter and receive a beep. There are plenty of seats, neat toilets and an extra sink. Everything spotlessly clean. Check the opening hours for a moment. We were there on Friday at 5 o'clock and then it's nice and busy.

Last Sunday I bought fish for lunch, including kibbeling, herring, pepper mackerel, shrimp croquettes, and smoked fish.
But if I have to be honest, the herring really wasn't fresh! probably cleaned saturday, i burped all day from it, the pepper mackerel tasted like mackerel, but the pepper? you didn't taste it. the onions were prepackaged, from The Hague and, according to the packaging, can be kept for another 2 weeks. KOMOP fish shop, you get good reviews, but this is really not possible!

After a tough bike ride on the Afsluitdijk (headwind) it was wonderful to relax at the mudflats. Super tasty kibbeling! Friendly staff.

We have been coming there almost every week for years, but the king prawn skewers are now too spicy you hardly taste any king prawn, little dressing on the salad, sometimes a lot and my para was cold while the others at the table had hot fries, too bad ....

Looks good, tasty fish. too bad it is served as in plastic.
Canned soda is not a problem, but please add a soda glass.
This includes the squabbling and other fish and snacks, all in plastic containers.
When it is eaten in the restaurant, it looks so neatly on a plate.
Now it looks a lot like a cheap snack bar.
But the restaurant looks neat ..
