The implementation for change that Mrs Leticia resnick has made in the department of social service where and the department of aging where people are not able to get a hold people that was it. where as of now if they're not able to get a hold of where a person they're able to get a hold of their caseworker. I know the case workers caseload are high & that if they're able to talk to somebody that person is lucky. I will be forever grateful to the department of aging and Mrs resnick and anything I can do on behalf of your agency such as volunteering you've got my number when my health gets better thank you so much for everything
