Lennar Homes used these guys to install HVAC in a new community. After a year my HVAC suddenly stopped working. Same thing for my neighbor. I dont understand why I should be responsible for repairs for poor quality products used. Not only they want to charge for labor, they wont bother helping out with the manufacturer warranty. I went with Fox and Family and they're taking care of the warranty for me. Villara needs to take notes. Stay away from this company.

Lowell just serviced our house to fix our faucet. He was super fast, professional, and courteous. I would hire Villara again because if guys like Lowell.

Had a real bad experience with these guys. I allready had 4 appointments to fix a shower faucet. Everytime they have one weird answer that we do not have the right part. Bruh its been 4 times u guys already open the faucet and u r the one who install it very first then how u guys can be so unprofessional. Should be a option for no star. I cant just let it go like that.

Woodside homes at Lincoln,Ca used them to install HVAC and unfortunately mu.ltiplechome at Tramonte had condensation leaks for brand new homes before the move in and even aftervor a few weeks after the move in on a brand new home . first time ever , i have this leak problem for a brand new home. poor workmanship or installation. for several homes at our location

Horrible pay. New people hired make the same as people who have been working at villara for 2 years+. Horrible shift leads who dont share all the knowledge of the machinery on the factory side and hold back that knowledge to stay working on that machine to where they have been working on that machine for 8 years and they are the only one who knows how to operate the machine in the whole factory!!!! Mainly orientals work here so if you are not mong or asain etc...have fun working your way up the ladder. Expect to work at villara for 10 years just to probably be making almost 20$ a hour. Rude supervisors who use verbal harassment all the time. Even after the harassment class. Its a dog eat dog environment. No team work except trying to throw each other under the bus. Expect no talking while working or your supervisors will yell at you. But then yet Expect teamwork with no communication.

Awesome company culture. Direct line of communication to supervisors and managers. Feels like a family. If you work hard they will give you opportunities. Probably one of the best companies you could work for!
