Their beer is so awesome and unique that they ran out on Saturday Night during the NFL playoffs!!!! We were only able to get the stout/porter, which was just as good (if not better) as Guinness. Again, if you are TDY passing through McGuire AFB, this is definite must-stop!

First time at Village Idiot brewery and really enjoyed their peanut butter porter. It was very smooth with a slight peanut butter flavor. Also tried their "Elvis" which was a blend of their peanut butter porter and their banana bread ale. An interesting combination but the banana flavor overpowered the peanut butter. They have a wide variety including ales, IPAs, slushes and porters. Definitely will return.

amazing draft beers with wicked intriguing names and very flavorful and true to the name flavor! outdoor seating was beautiful but the indoors bar is incredible and has a very warming town aesthetic! plenty of merch to get inside as well and you can watch them fill up a can for you fresh

We hit three local breweries in one day and this one was head and shoulders above the rest. Quite an eclectic mix of beers. My wife loved the raspberry, the blonde was excellent as well. Try the banana bread, it's worth at least a taste

One thing I can say for sure is how welcoming and comfortable the staff and atmosphere of this brewery is. In my opinion some of the best beers in town! It's always fun at the village idiot, whether its socializing and catching up on things or making new friends with the crowd or even a random challenge to a board game my day always feels complete after stopping in!

A nice little microbrewery in the center of town! They had a decent selection of beers on tap. My favorite was the "Notafingah". A dark, full bodied ale with a slight hint of coffee/chocolate. The cinnamon that is applied to the pint glass beforehand makes the drink! I would absolutely recommend checking out Village Idiot Brewing for some unique beers!

Went today, no social distancing no masks not one precaution being taken! Ordered a flight of beer before I even realized the bartender wasn t wearing a mask or gloves touching my glassware as another patron was breathing down my neck behind me with no mask. Took a couple sips of each beer in the flight, none were very good at all so before becoming even more uncomfortable I left.

Stopped in late during the early St Patrick's celebration. They were running some specials for the day, I had the Bourbon Red, very tasty! My group got to set up in the sofa area, perfect to pen in my granddaughter, who stood at the edge of the "balcony" and waved to all below. Only thing, I wish the music was a bit less loud, people have to shout to be heard. But still, a good time was had by all.

I just moved to New Jersey from Alabama. I have been to microbreweries all over the country. These guys have a variety of beer to choose from. They do a good job of changing the menu, while at the same time maintaining the favorites. Classy, relaxed atmosphere with outdoor seating out back. My girl and I regularly order pizza across the street and bring it over. BYOfood/dog. The owners and patrons are always happy to pet my dog, which brings me back time and again. Cheers!

Hefe was outstanding, other beers were average, service was horrific. If local and known you get great service and conversation. As an outsider just looking for a nice microbrewery to visit, I was the invisible man for over 35 minutes before I left!. Won t visit this establishment again. Disappointed brewer from Colorado.

Beer is good and pricing is expected at 6.50 a pint for a brewery. Trivia night is Thursday which makes the place packed. They also allow you to bring your own food in. In fact I saw a pizza guy come in and deliver a pizza to a table. I wouldn't come here to just drink, there are other places around it with great drinks at prices as low as 2.50 (John and Molley's).

These guys brew some great beer! There always have their standbys on tap but they frequently experiment and produce balanced but very different beers. My fave this summer was the cucumber beer - refreshing for a hot summer day! The atmosphere is welcoming and everyone is very friendly. They allow you to bring in food b/c they do not have food available but remember to clean up after yourself. Growlers are limited to 32oz (half normal size) so you'll need your own or you can buy a VIBC glass growler. My only complaint is that the noise levels can be supersonic when this place is packed. Pay a visit and enjoy!

Awesome place! I've heard nothing but good things about this place and finally decided to try it out. We tried 4 different beers and each was better than the last. The gentlemen behind the counters were super friendly, too. 100% reccomend.

I watched my late father Rich and current owner Vince work hard to open a not just a brewery, but a place for people to come enjoy their product in the comfort of a social and warm atmosphere (as it should be). We have always put value on taking the time out of our lives to enjoy our peers whether it be family, friends, or strangers - they have created this great environment to do just that and each beer is carefully and proudly brewed. Every time I step in the brewery I feel nothing but gratitude to see this once dream live on and continue to thrive.

A "can't miss" craft brew place. It's a BYOF with a convenient pizzeria across the street. Get a flight and enjoy some fine craft beers. Family friendly. Not a partying place. Play a board or card game and have a good conversation over great tasting beers. Did I say the beers are great yet?

Fun!

Originally went to Mt. Holly to go to Spellbound and ended up here. This place is very cozy and offers a relaxed atmosphere. Great place to bring some friends and a couple of card games. Gotta try the pretzel beer!!
