the reps were rude and very short---they didnt reply to emails or call back when there was a question during my refi---we got all the way thru the refi process to the point we had an appt with a notary for the final signing when i got a abrupt email telling me they cancelled my refi due to a late payment
i get the late payment but why didnt they check my eligibility before i was subjected to the rude responses and poor customer service ---i would stay as far away from this company as you can---and they are the ones that pursued me---not me them and i am and have been a customer since 2015---BEWARE if you decide to do business with village capital

Loan rep easy to work with. 3 out 5 score is due to loan docs not being ready as promised. I was scheduled to sign closing docs on 3 separate occasions, and on each appointment docs were not ready. Customer want honesty and transparency. A simple phone call or email to explain the delay would have been well received.
