Only downside: slow roaming (1 day) in France.
Plus: Protection against additional costs when roaming outside the EU (eg Switzerland), not with Telenet

So far tees satisfied, customer service by WhatsApp effective response in less than 10min. 15 / month unlimited calls and SMS + 5gb of data. Depends on the Orange network so very good coverage. So far, very satisfied.

Up to a year ago Mobile Vikings was the best choice if you used more data. Unfortunately, after the takeover by the media, it has deteriorated enormously. Meanwhile had several problems that do not dissolve within a normal lead time.
The first problem was that the prepaid cards were no longer automatically reloaded if they came under the set credit amount. Telephone contact wanted but received a link that they only via the site or facebook tickets because there was a backlog. Through the mail a lot of whining about an invoice that I had to send in while it was not yet made. Eventually it took more than 3 months before this problem was actually resolved.
Second problem was that according to the data from my mobile phone I used 1.52 GB of data. Mobile Vikings claims that I am more than 54MB on my 2GB subscription. Even after showing that they are wrong they do not want to compensate and even give wrong information. For me this smells like scams!
I have been a Mobile Vikings customer for two years and I want to take a moment to say that I am an extremely satisfied customer. Very rarely do I have a network failure, which you can encounter with any provider. As long as MV keeps these prices, I will remain a very satisfied customer.
Very bad provider. Was a really top provider a few years ago, but nowadays they are cheaper to work and the support service has dropped all the way to a new low point. Several times had problems with both a work phone and a private number. The quality of their services has become very poor and unfortunately they are no longer recommended.

Look for a slightly more expensive provider with decent services.
After four weeks of calling, emailing and Facebook messages, finally a new SIM card ... but it does not work, but with the bus from Voeren to Kiewit, three and a half hours on the road, after a conversation of half an hour the card appears to be deactivated because a second one has been sent .I get a third card and would have data within half an hour.

has been with MV fantastic provider for a few years now and no one can imitate their stunts !!! very satisfied for that. always best internet never had any problems with it. I have had proximus and mobistar in the past but then poor quality internet or not being able to make calls or hisses and far too expensive, MV is and remains the best!

Upon my request to delete my data, I should now email a copy of my ID card. Absolutely not necessary, according to Test Purchase. Yet they keep asking me for that copy after repeated emails.

Nobody will answer you by email. 0 customer service ... nothing really works on their site except the payment .... the advantageous points of never adding .... very above .. I ll leave this network is expensive and there is no service provided in case of issues ... they never replied to my emails ... Its just a poor service like Belgium does best.

At first sight I was very happy with the services provided by Mobile Viking.
I have not opted for automatic top-ups every month but do it manually on their application when my credit has expired. In this way I sometimes manage to last a little more than a month with each refill. It happens now that every time the month ends but I still have credit (and so I can postpone my recharging date by a few days) my 4G network slows down and ends up not working anymore, even though I still have credit left on the application!!
I sincerely wonder if this is not a Mobile Viking manoeuvre so that I can reload my subscription more quickly.
Companies that offer a service. Then delist the service, but don't bother to refund your deposits. Shouldn't be in business. Just my opinion. ;)

Great provider. Sometimes some small hick-ups in network, but the most important: they are really customer centric. The engagement, flexibility,... to find solutions,... Awesome.
Mobile phone is stolen SATURDAY during the day, reported to the police, immediately request a SIM card via the Mobile Vikings website ..... Because they have no customer service during the weekend. I can wait until THURSDAY to receive a new SIM card. That is the standard procedure and the best they have to offer in terms of service. Customer can knock on the chin while meanwhile .... 5 days. Or change to other telco.
Unbelieveble bad support last half of year. Didn t have help and answers from support almost month and still its not sufficient.

I contracted a subscription at the beginning of January to have a private number. I never used this subscription, because having two phones is complicated for me. For 4 months I paid 10 euros a month without using the credit. I therefore decide to close my contract. And as if by magic while in the previous months no surplus there I receive an invoice for so-called SMS left in France. So run away from this thief company.

Worst service ever! At the 28 of december my sim card has lost service.At the same day I've made the request of a new card and it takes two weeks to receive it. After the activation of a new card service still is absent.
I did not receive from support any clarity or estimated time of renuwal of work of my card as of 24.01.

The best operator in Belgium. The cheapest and the most adequate. I'm in love with their technical support: they are friendly and advised me a way that is more comfortable and cheaper for me, not for the company. And all of them speak English.

Upd. The only unpleasant thing: it's a bad idea to START with the mobile vikings. The best way is to buy a prepaid sim at Base or wherever, use it and then switch to Vikings. Or you will have to pay 15 euro just for registration.
Customer service is less good.
