The service really sucks! Staff was continuous laughing, but zero help from them! Gossipping about internal chatgroups etc. in front of a customer (me).
One star is really too much appreciation for them!
Staff is rude, not helpful and they steal from luggage.
My phone charger was stolen from my suitcase. They didn't even close the zipper from the pocket they got it.
Edit: on the way back into eindhoven Airport, part of my bought gifts were stolen. This is ridiculous. Never flying from this airport again.
I would love to highlight the service offered by Linda, a hostess from viggo Eindhoven helpdesk, she gave us a hand with the checking -in, just five minutes before it closes. She really saved our vacation!!.

The employees are so bad, they offer no help or understanding, they are only able to delay travelers and withdraw their money unjustly.
