Viessmann had an excellent reputation but this is no longer the case at present: impossible to obtain an intervention before a delay of 5 days or more, many technical problems related to the probe, great difficulties for the installers to obtain a spare part within a reasonable period of time (7 days and more), the installers no longer want to intervene for a repair and automatically refer to Viessmann technical service, where it is impossible to have an urgent repair, ... My advice: choose a brand of boiler offered by an installer who you are sure will be there quickly the day the boiler has a problem.

Extremely bad service - do not install their solution. Our heating is broken for 7 days now and the company refuses to send a technicuan, saying they first need to hear from the person that installed the heating. The person that installed the heating is not available and so we are stuck with no heating and extremely rude client service from Viessman. We learnt that the competitor Bosch offers 10 year quaranty and comes within 24h. Viessman service is basically bad joke and I strongly recommend avoiding it.
