Fast service, friendly and knowledagle staff. They offer services for a variety of media equipment rentals. Equipment has always been clean and reliable.

RUN. JUST RUN. Unreliable equipment and horribly rude service. 1 star is too much really. Josh in particular was a nightmare and very defensive/ unprofessional. The culture of the company comes across very machovanistic.

A very nice place to work. Employees are helpful and informative when I had questions. The inventory of lights, trusses, props, and audio gear is very impressive. The massive quantity of L-Acoustics line arrays and subs was actually a highlight for me because they're my favorite live sound system components. The warehouse manager has integrity, good character and a sense of humor (something lacking in the world today) that makes me want to work with this company again. I recommend working with Video West, Inc. if you haven't done so. You'll be super pleased!
