I had a great experience trading in my car and getting a RAV4. Rob was my sales person and was friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped out of car and never made me feel pressured. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted for a price I was comfortable with. The finance department was also extremely helpful and everyone I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend buying your next car here.

Real scum. I contacted Victory Toyota through BBB to pay it and they never responded. I don t want your sorry I want my money back that I had pay in order to smog the car. Pay me you scammers.
I just drove away from Victory Toyota in my fifth Corolla, my fourth lease. The people at Victory are not only professional, intelligent, gracious, and well-informed about their products, but they met me as a person rather than a possible commission. George Czechowski runs the sales side and is excellent at what he does. Bright and personable, I am pleased to call him a friend. Jeremy Koennel handled my new car lease. Never a hint of impatience, fully knowledgeable about the company and the product, and pleased to make sure that my choice would fit me. That's the way car-buying should be handled. That's why I can't imagine ever going to another dealership.
I'm glad I did my research ahead of time because this dealership is either cunning or ignorant. The sales person was extremely kind, attentive and helpful but he was being handed false information from his superiors on pricing as well as financing. Do plenty of research before going in. They had one price listed online and then tried to charge a much higher price when paperwork came out and the price was over what the Kelly Blue Book value for the car is. They also tried to low ball our trade in again completely ignoring the Kelly blue book value. With online dealerships offering "no haggle, all inclusive prices" with free home delivery and especially with the current pandemic there is no reason to go to a dealership like this. Oh and although they did not seem to know how to work with an outside bank I highly recommend doing your financing elsewhere because their APR is ludicrous compared to our banks.
I had a wonderful experience here! My roommate and I both bought a vehicle in a few day span. Daniel and Dhiya were the best sales men we could had asked for. Both were professional, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sales manager George was also amazing in getting the deals ready. These guys worked hard to find me the truck I was looking for and get it to the dealership. The experience was friendly, hassle free and earned my business in the future.
Purchased a 2021 Tacoma from victory Toyota in February. Everything was good until the finance manager kept trying to sneak in the extended warranty and paint protection without my knowledge. Tried to get me to sign the contract before even looking at the final price and total cost. The price was 2,000$ above the price we had previously agreed. Shady business practices thankfully I caught it before signing. Their prices are low compared to other dealerships but as always be careful at the finance office. Won't be returning.

Got a quote from the online sales department. When I went to the dealership to purchase the car the numbers totally changed. Almost 2000 extra was added to the price for pointless options like nitrogen filled tires, and some clear coat. These were not part of the quote that brought me to the dealership. These were already on every car, so you have to pay for them. To make matters worse the sales person was very aggressive when I questioned the difference in the price he was showing me and the online quote. I had to drive to San Jose, but I was able to get an honest straight forward deal there that matched what was online. It was worth the drive. Bait and switch. Not good.
