Allison is very sweet, patient, and caring. I appreciate her checking in on me, and being so kind. My memory isn t the greatest, and she helps me feel better about myself!!

Dr. Hadley is wonderful. My husband has been going with him for years. Recommend him 100%. His staff is great especially nurse Pauline. Always calls back with in a few hours of leaving a message. Fills prescription quickly. They remember who you are as soon as they enter the room. highly recommend!

The support I received from Ms. Hamilton was thorough and timely. My issue was addressed with a single interaction. Great service!

I am so glad I have this service. Keeps me on track and healthy. Takes the worry out of knowing how I am doing managing my vitals. The monitoring staff is good about calling to let me know I need to check the vitals and when they are out of range. This gives me a chance to be proactive in managing my habits and meds! Great healthy choice!

If I could post less than one star, I would. I would not recommend choosing Victory Medical as your doctor of choice in Austin. It s clear that they are an organization focused primarily on making money, and not on public health or assisting patients who entrust them with their health and well-being. Choose somewhere else if you d like to be treated like a patient rather than a possible buck. Victory Medical aren t here to help you.

I really wish there was a way to rate this place with more than just 5 stars. We have been going to Victory for over 10 years. It is nice when you are able to have one health provider (Ralph and Pauline) working on your issues, but it is even nicer when if they are not available, you have someone else just as good to fill in. No matter what we have had to head in for, we are always treated like we are the most important person to be dealt with. Having access to them whether in person or over a tele visit, you receive the same care to get to the root of the issue that is being seen for. And when you can do that 7 days a week, and all their different services in one location, what more can you ask for in a health care provider.

Sometime last year I went on a program to check my blood pressure remotely. Nika has been in charge of that and she s always so nice and helpful when I need to talk to her. I would highly recommend victory medical to anyone.

Not only is she knowledgeable about her profession but she is a very professional, kind and compassionate person. She listens to what a person is saying and helps in many ways that makes a patient feel better about themselves.
