I have worked for many companies over the years and managed many experiential marketing activations. Vinny and the people at Victory marketing make you feel like family. They are super supportive, open to ideas and suggestions, and have always had my back as a producer/manager. He gets great clients, and understands the BA/manager side of things and is willing to get his hands dirty right along with the rest of us. Something that many company owners just don t do. I appreciate the support he s always shown me. Additionally, I love the victory app, it s super helpful when running events to know that your staff is clocking in and taking photos through the app. One less thing you have to worry about as the producer. Super helpful!

Absolutely love working for Victory. Amazing team to work with and be a part of, always making sure we re good to go and always asking if we need anything. If we ever have any issues or questions about anything we receive a response very quickly and I absolutely appreciate that and how much Victory cares for their staff.

I've been working with Victory a lot this past year. They have been great! Especially Laura, she's great! Always quick to answer any questions I have. Pay has never more than 3 weeks. The app is easy to use. Really awesome company :) only thing that would be a nice change is not offering jobs under 20 and hour. Most of the time that's not the case, but I do see it happen. Other than that I still recommend working with Victory!
