Victorinox India Pvt.Ltd Review

Very poor. I have given my bag for servicing at this office. They did tell me that my bag ll be ready after 3-4 days and they ll update me through mail once it ll be ready. I received no communication from their side. I kept following them for 10 days. After my following up I received it after 10-12 days. And they had promised me to do some extra work from their side which they didn t fulfilled.

It was really bad experience. Someone who did buy a really expensive Victorinox product. And he does get poor customer service.

I ll say it s not worth your money.

Kiran at the reception is a star. So was the technician who repaired my knife.

Victorinox to begin with makes some brilliant products and I can definitely say the same standards are followed by the service department too. I couldn't recommend the products or the service of any other company more.

Corporate office also serving as after sales service center for a range of products including Swiss Gear, Maglite etc. Service is great. Staff is polite and helpful.

I am not able to get in touch with anyone to service my Victorinox luggage. Where are the service center contact details????

Best maker of kitchen and other knives and other gadgets of world class that I have seen .I own two knives and full satisfied with the products and will recommend buying Victorinox knives only.
