I used Victoria Strong for doors, moldings and MDF panels. They make the best quality products particularly doors. Our doors from them got a lot of compliments. The Victoria Strong team is very supportive, friendly and efficient, especially Olena. I see them as my friends. At the end of my project, I trust and love this local business.

Good quality. But not service. In my case, both deliveries were delayed for weeks! Delays cost me a lot! but I didn t get a sorry or a smallest discount or refund.

Very poor customer service; Robert the sales person treated us very poorly; we will never buy any trims or doors from them again.

Ordered custom doors throughoutthe house. Representative came to site to do the measurements. Every single door on a second floor was 2 inches short. Unfortunately we had to cover the gap with casing because we could not wait another two months for new ones. It was upsetting since we made a lot of work prior to raise the door opening and then we had to ci er it again which "shortened the look". Also Representative missed one of the doors in a house, so had to wait for it afterwards.

Excellent quality and was delivered on time. Had a small issue but everyone was very helpful and issue was resolved right away with ease. Overall will come back and recommend them to others.

If u want to give your business to a Co. that will make u feel like u don t matter and that they are doing YOU a favour by giving them your business the Victoria Stone will be perfect for you.
My experience has been one of the worst in customer service ever. When they messed up on the count and were short a door they initially tried to charge me for delivery (6 weeks late).
The charge was dropped after I complained it was their error, only to have their delivery driver not want to bring the door into the home downstairs to be painted despite their mistake and was told i should have movers there to bring the door downstairs and additional 20ft, this after their error and delays.
Furthermore, when I complained I was told by the sales Associate Nikolay that if I don t like it I shouldn't use Victoria Strong anymore .
Upon pickup of some extra materials that were either extras, chipped, warped or unusable the same delivery driver was sent who was then belligerent and suggested I had used them, then when I objected to the insinuation he threatened to drop everything in my garage and was threatening. I wrote an email to the Co. asking for a call from the owner Paul which was completely ignored. I m appalled at how I was treated and how my business wasn t valued despite having spent about $100k in repeat business and countless referrals. If they can do this to me, imagine how your business is appreciated. Beware!!!! Use at your own risk!!

Very good service, I was impressed by the quality of the doors. They delivered my order on time and even unloaded them for me.

Large company but very easy to deal with. Beautiful stuff, and their moulding quality is over and beyond. Hello to Olena there!!
