I have been talking with this place for over 2 years since I was sexually assaulted the case worker initially assigned to me was HORRIBLE at returning phone calls and answering her phone. At times I would block my number and she would answer. I had to chase her for information about my case weeks would go by. She never updates her voicemail. In July 2017 i chased them to listen to my statement wow this took for ever and ended up being the friday just before the start of court. Had i not insisted in this would have probably still been waiting. I recently found out i had a new case worker not sure when they were planning to inform me of this. Sentencing hearing was scheduled for this week last minute told time change had inot asked i would have not been told. Do they not think its importamt for victim to be kept in the loop. Today is sentencing and i have been given incorrect times rooms and been told i didnt need to be here. Lots of attitude from the office... who are you here to help??? The victim or the criminals
