On the good side the staff were very friendly and the hotel did look like it had a recent facelift. Our double bed was very comfortable. However as the weather was poor our room was cold. I never got warm. The breakfast was only OK. With a bit more thought it could have been a lot better.
Just relax and enjoy your stay in Aljezur. Excellent and complete breakfast, close enough to the village to have a walk to the local market or for a dinner. There's a set of beaches achievable by car 15min. Familiar environment and very clean. I'm going to return and definitely I'll recommend this place.
Clean room, good breakfast, free parking but unheated breakfast room, which was really chilly in January.
Decent hotel. Comfy rooms and good location to nearby beaches. Underground parking facilities is a touch and the breakfast isn't bad.
Convenient, not memorable. At a bland road intersection between the two parts of old town. I would look for an old town accommodation if I came back.
Pros: Clean, on a main street, close to grocery, elevator, fresh fruit and pastry breakfast. Cons: Not as described (not a 4 star hotel), bed was mediocre.

Nice small hotel. Heat in rooms, breakfast room could have used some. Satisfying breakfast to fuel you for another day of exploring.
