great service and good ambiance! the borsa is one of my favorite dishes- pasta purses filled with creamy ricotta, topped with a buttery sauce and chopped hazelnuts. must order! the buratta and Misticanza salad were delicious too.
Our favorite Basque restaurant. A whole lot of love goes into every dish. A few favorite staples are the fisherman's rice, suckling pig, and the octopus. Despite the challenging times, they never disappoint. Dishes just magically appear one after another from the tiny kitchen!
We just moved into the neighborhood so decided to drop in here on a freezing night and they were well prepared with heaters, blankets, and a shot of hot lemon water to warm you up. Very well done. Food was amazing and I highly recommend the pizza. No draft beer but still have a great selection in can.
Great spot with welcoming staff and appetizing eats. The menu isn t quite as extensive, but what s in it is delicious. Perfect for a date night or a client dinner.
Love the modern decor and vibe. A great choice for a special meal that s both delicious and won t break the bank. We got two pizzas to share among four people.
Very deliscious pizza. The dough is soft on yhe edges and crispy in the center. Fresh ingredients and multitude of herbs.
We stopped by for a drink and a snack and were blown away. The menu is just the right size with a curated selection of spritzes and Negronis that are perfectly executed. We didn t try their pasta dishes but their small plates and pizza were delicious.
What truly caught us off guard was the level of service. Multiple team members stopped by our table (unsolicited) to check that everything was going well and one of them even offered to stabilize our table because they had noticed it was slightly wobbly (we had not only not complained but didn t even notice!). Absolutely stellar service, congratulations to the team! We ll be back.
Awesome food, excellent service. You should try the lasagna, it will blow your mind. Also, the steak is pretty good.
Tasty food, good service. The outdoor dining setup could be better, or at least more predictable. As you can see in the photo, there are both covered and uncovered tables, and there is no guarantee of which you will get. It is COVID, of course, and the restaurant has tried to make every table comfortable with blankets and lots of heat lamps.
Things that could be improved despite the limitations of the pandemic:
- The chairs are metal, so if you use the blanket you have no padding between you and the highly conductive (and cold) chair. I wish they had a cushion or second blanket for your rear.
- It would be great if they would let you reserve covered/uncovered table options, since despite calling in advance about our table, we still got seated at the far end, uncovered, away from the restaurant and about ten feet from a trash pile.
