Vibrant Energy Matters Ltd Review

I've been working for Vibrant for 3 months now and I have loved it from the beginning. I really enjoy the fast pace of the job, never a dull moment! If i hadn't of been willing to work hard at the start of my time here to learn all the new things that were part of my job role, learn from my mistakes and make it my priority that I always made sure customers were ending the call happy I imagine I would now be one of the ex employees from Vibrant leaving bad reviews ...... I felt very welcome immediately by every member of staff at every level and have become to love everyone in our Diary team :-) ...... I have 2 children and it's a relief to work under management who are understanding and flexible

Freddie at Vibrant is amazing, for me as an agent Freddie was always on time, professional and would rectify last minute mistakes which Vibrant the company caused. Unfortunately I can t say the same for Vibrant as a company, the assessors like Freddie are great but the main company are terrible.

A great place to work, a very friendly and professional environment to work in

i have been working for vibrant for 7 months now and it is an excellent Company to work for. There is Great Management in charge who are supportive and will guide you through the process. Everyone digs in and helps each other here at head office and we resolve all problems we come across. great team which are very close and will always have each others backs

Having experienced their services I found that their assessor provided an EPC which missed several elements which impacted on the final result O. Their response to errors was totally unprofessional. On no account would I ever recommend this company under any circumstances.

Was told I had to have an EPC renewal on the flat I rent. They booked it in for an appointment 1-5pm. Nothing more specific. Then don't turn up at all. I spoke to an assistant who said they "couldn't get hold of the assessor sorry." Absolutely ridiculous, no explanation and want me to take more time off work for them to rebook the appointment.

Not good place to work, can be dismissed at any point for any reason with the cliche "There's no work here for you". Too many things to do while on the phone and causes large amounts of stress. Defo would not recommend.

Do not use this company, highly unprofessional customer service. I was told the wrong appointment time firstly blamed on their new system. I was told morning not afternoon, only having chasing up was I then told the correct time. However because of the new system they keep blaming the electrician was double booked. Luckily he was able to do the next day (agreed between us), this is after I have taken a day off work. The electrician (good person) did not have an instruction due to the new system not giving him one. This means he cannot guarantee being paid so had to spend time chasing one up (a sub contractor so have to protect their income), I was happy with the service the sub contractor provided. The report has taken far too long to arrive I have had to chase several times been told it should arrive at certain times and it hasn t. I have complained though their system and I have not received any feedback, each time I ring I get told to do it through email means which I have. Only having rang several (4-6) have I been passed to someone who could sort something out. This is extra headache than required

Freddie was friendly and helpful. Did the inventory very quickly. No complaints.

This is a fraudulent sham company. They do not offer any services, they contract others to do their 'jobs'. Con artists that operate nationally. They even printed badges for their associates with KHF on! They work with the the other fraudsters legal for landlords and vankeros, property solutions. This is a ring of conartists. A well establish fraudulent, scam company with many associates. If they contact you on behalf of your lanlord or legal for landlords this means that your landlord stole the house. Report them to the police.

Turned up and was abrasive considering she was entering our home she showed no respect towards us, excessive pictures taken of our personal property, the report is not filled out fully and has several spelling mistakes, even the time of inspection is 6 hours out.... I don't know what landlords expect from a property check but if you are looking for a professional, friendly service, with a concise and fair final report, my 7 year old is happy to provide one for half the price and to be honest he couldn't be any less professional than this company....

Beware scammers!

They contacted me to do a inspection in my house. When I give them a call they said that agency told them to do it (I'm renting). I contacted agency and they never heard about them or made any appointments with them.

Vibrant suppose to give me a call back after this and they never did.

Scammers.

Freddie has always been so helpful and friendly. Easy to get in touch with and communicate with. Perfect balance between friendly and professional.

Definitely not a great place to work. A lot of missed promises and overwhelming attitude by many of the people that work there. I was given next to zero training and was expected to pick up the job straight away.
If you re a girl wanting to work here well you may fit in if you re male well good luck
There s a lot of improvement needed

Similar experience to Sean Dubnium. Awful communication of scheduling and let down after waiting in all day with no communication to say they had cancelled without telling me.

I have been working for Vibrant for 8 years now. I work part time hours as I have two young children - Vibrant has been very flexible and accommodating to this. I have worked within different departments and made some lovely friendships over the years. Love working in my department (Quality Assurance) my team are fab!

Proud to be working with vibrant as working within my own desired time. No pressure or headache. Scheduling Agent, Managers and IT deptt is very helpful and response very quickly. Give regular continuous work by managing the proper time and route schedule. Most of the time correspondence with Natasha Pritchard and she is very helpful and provide proper guidance whenever require and understand the work related issue and problem and resolve efficiently. I worked with many other organisation and left due to their improper management and a lot of pressure. Love to work with vibrant.

DARREN IS AMAZING! Working for Your Move, we use Vibrant Energy regularly for our inventories, check outs and EPCs. Darren has gone above and beyond for us by fitting in 2 inventories for us on short notice even when he's already fully booked and our head office told us we couldn't get anyone out until the 6th Aug. What a guy!!! Thank you so much again, you're a life saver!

I had to rebook my green deal assessment 6 times after a flurry of no shows on their behalf with no telephone call to say they had been cancelled. Out of the blue I received a text stating that the green deal assessment would be going forward 30 minutes after the text was sent with no confirmation from myself. Overall I'm left pretty frustrated at the unprofessionalism. Especially after having to rebook so many times on behalf of my landlord and having Vibrant Energy Matters time and time again cancel with no notice.

i have been working with vibrant since November and i think its fair to say its the best place i have worked. brilliant people in the work place always willing to help. The assessors are great , and the management is so understanding. Any problems or complications they are always willing to help. A great place to be apart of.

I have been working with Vibrant for over 2 years and it's a great place to work. Everybody is so friendly and always willing to support each other! Brilliant management team always providing positive feedback. Absolutely love my diary team family!

I have been working for Vibrant since September last year. What a great few months I've had. From the start i felt supported and appreciated for the hard work I do. I face plenty of challenges daily, however this is what I love about my job. From my MD down to my staff I love each and everyone of them, they support you through the good and the tough times and you never face anything difficult alone. This is the most rewarding place I've worked and I thank Vibrant for the amazing opportunity! What a great place to work and i will always recommend this company :)

Avoid at all cost this company is a shambles

Vibrant were contracted to carry out a check in inventory at a property we own. Unfortunately they did not do a thorough job and we will not be using them in future. They missed basic points in conducting the inventory, the report took almost a month to produce, the photos within it are of a very grainy quality, and they were unwilling to correct errors they had made. Their response to errors was highly unprofessional. As a result, both tenant and landlord are left in a potentially difficult situation at the end of tenancy. We are just glad we took our own photos as well.

A very good place to work with a nice working atmosphere management very fair to staff and a very friendly office vibe.
