When I explored the services offered, I found the product lacking in functionality and support. It took longer than expected to receive any assistance, which led to further frustration. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The screen protector fits perfectly on my laptop (AERO 16 OLED) and helps a TON in minimizing glare (satin finish). The installation process was a bit of a hassle, and it's a good thing that they provided 2 screen protectors. I had to completely throw away the first one, as I botched the installation on the first try - there were too many dust particles getting stuck underneath the protector. The second application try was a success, so all good!
