I have been working with VFX since 2011. One telephone call to Mark McCarthy or Garth Breedt to do a deal for the currency and give transfer instructions, then emailed paperwork and everything works seamlessly. I have had 9 years of first-class service.

Michael kept us fully in the loop throughout the whole process, from setting up my account, right through to the transfer of monies. So glad I chose this company, would thoroughly recommend them and will use them again in the very near future.

Never deal with them they have the worst customer service ever and the customer service manager doesn't know what she is doing, They reply to emails after weeks probably the worst company i have dealt with in my life. Stay clear away.

DON'T EVER USE THEM.NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.very bad experience.they paid me GBP 1573 short on exchanging the money even after confirming me everything via mail and phone messages, and after that when I tried contacting them on the phone,they disconnect my call and never reply any emails.never received any response back from them.
feel like cheated.
I will never use them again and recommend not to use .all the accounts are under their control and their deals are not fair.
