Live load.... Been here 8 hours sitting in a dock so far. Absolutely ridiculous that it takes then this long to load. These are light loads that should NOT take that long to load on a trailer.

Plenty of room to back in with larger truck. People were very friendly. 2 hours to load but its was okay we know when loading shoes it could take time.

Light loads, but yet takes forever to get loaded up. Definitely won't come back for another load, not worth my time to do so.

First and last time.21 hours waiting for delivery load

Easy access to highway 99. Plenty of space for backing and maneuvering. Friendly and helpful staff in the shipping/receiving office. Only two stars because of the behavior of the gate guards. When I arrived it took ten minutes before the guy came out of the guard shack. Older man with flattop haircut and a large amount of tobacco in his mouth. Very rude and demanding of my drivers license, and then proceeded to raise his voice at me rudely to give directions. As I was leaving there was a different guard at the exit gate. A younger tall man with long hair and drove a green s10 pickup. His hygiene was very poor and had a homeless appearance. He was also rude and used profanity when talking to me. it was shocking that a company would allow behavior like these two men exhibited to represent them. Overall a confusing experience because of the contrast of the shipping office and the guard's behavior.

Expect to get DETENTION PAY if your a live load picking up here. I showed up 1hr early and it's been 3+hrs and their still not finish loading.
