Vetassist program started off very well. However, since then my initial contact person is no longer working there. My client services were being paid as agreed but now no payment for 2 months. Claims have been sent, 3 emails and 2 phone call attempts have been made but no response.
This group was EXCELLENT! I heard through a friend about their VA assistance program. They guided me through the process, stayed in contact with me to let me know the status of our application, and have remained in close contact since. This is a TOP NOTCE PROGRAM. I worked with several people within their organization and EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and EMPATHETIC. In the end, we were able to secure several hours of caregiving to my 90 year old mom, which helped SO MUCH. I m so thankful for this team, and for what they did to help us. They weren t just doing their job, they poured their heart and soul into making sure my mother was taken care of.
We had tried numerous times to get my mother help after my father passed away. She was always turned down, until she had a problem on her hand, she received a month of help and the home health company told us about Vet Assist. Vet Assist has been a blessing. My family so much appreciates the Vet Assist Company and all the wonderful people that work there!
I was very impressed with the help I received in trying to get my mother approved for help. Wish I would have known about this program a year ago.

We are so grateful to Jeanine Stevens for going above and beyond to work hard to provide the best options for my dad who is a Vet. She always had time for phone calls. Emails were always answered. My dad was relocated 2 different times and she always worked hard to find new services. I can t say enough good about her patience and kindness she extended to our family .
We had an unbelievably positive experience of Veterans Home Care helping my aunt navigate the complicated benefits of the her deceased husband's VA benefits. Jeanine Stevens was amazing! My aunt was able to qualify for in-home care without paying a penny out of pocket.
Thanks to Veterans Home Care my brother has been able to stay in his apartment and have the assistance he needs. I live 4 hours away and without them, it would be an unmanageable situation. I know that someone is checking on him regularly and that gives me great peace of.mind. The agency they helped set up makes sure he gets to doctor appointments and that he can get where he needs to. Jeremy calls and makes sure that all is going well and has been very helpful answering my questions. I highly recommend Veterans Home Care if you have a veteran that needs some help. They truly have been fantastic.

This company is a God send. They helped my apply for the Veteran's Aid and Attendance to receive in-home care for my mom. The staff made the process effortless. If you are a veteran or spouse of a veteran who served during war time and are in need of in-home care, I would definitely choose Veterans Home Care. I have never worked with a more compassionate company in my life.

VetAssist has been a great asset to my 90 year old mother-in-law. Her husband was a veteran and passed away. We didn't know for years about VetAssist, until someone referred them to us. My mother-in-law still lives on her own and needs some help with some everyday chores and VetAssist has stepped up and helped. If you are a veteran, a spouse of a veteran, or a dependent of a veteran, I would highly recommend getting in contact with VetAssist program. They can help in so many ways.
