Horrible CP exam with lady Dr. Jyothishree Pinnaka from Tenn who is now here in Pensacola Fla.She never looked at me at all .!When I spoke of certain health issues and how they affected me she just sat there looking at her phone never looking at me just kept saying uh huh uh huh uh huh . She spent the whole exam time constantly picking up her phone looking at it looking at her laptop back at her phone like she had some place to be besides being there doing my exam. This woman Dr should not be evaluating Veterans she pays no attention to you and seems not interested in anything your saying about your declining health . She Then tells me nothing I say will help your claim The VA already knows there decision before you get here. Apparently She's done this alot to Veterans denying them especially in Tennessee.I've Read the online reviews comments about her and none were good nor were any done with respect towards the Veteran. Veterans left comments on her tenn office reviews about how she changes all your words in her reports to say nothing wrongs with you. She's not even listed in any online searches for Dr offices here for a Pensacola florida Office . The Next CP EXAM after telling them I could not travel to another state car old and I'm living a financial hardship at present. They made an appointment purposely out to another state in Alabama when I live in Florida on a day I told them I was scheduled to work .Knowing I could not attend. They screw Veterans on purpose. After asking me in 3 different calls what days I was available gave them a schedule for 3 weeks availability. I told them I cannot travel more than 25 miles.Yet they send my next CP exam to Alabama. So The VA will deny my claim for not showing up. Its already in month 2 of VES has not even made my final CP exam.I contacted them a week ago telling them I was not driving to Alabama for an appointment they have not cancelled the appointment. After their last Dr behaving with such rudeness and disrespect towards my personal welfare. I have lost all belief there helping anyone but their pocket books and not Veterans.Very upset at this situation now I have to spend another year appealing this Drs horrible CP review and causing me such unneeded hardship and stress . There are so many Dr's here in Florida there is no reason to send someone to Alabama. My car breaks down I'm stuck and I'm already in dire straits. .I'm a week away from being homeless now Thanks VES for not caring about Veterans but Just being paid to pretend.
Great at scheduling but very slow in getting your important documents to the VA.
Worthless. They were supposed to schedule me for an x-ray and never did. They submitted the application anyway and it was denied. Now I have to appeal and resubmit with an x-ray. Difficult to communicate also. Thanks Imani Simington for screwing this up.
I was greeted very friendly and professionally by the staff. I only had to wait 1 minute after i checked in with the nurse/receptionist. Dr. Deyhimpanah was highly professional and thorough during my examination. Impressive!!
August 10th canceled 3 hr notice Reschedule august 12. On time great service. VES schedule a urine test /A1c test for September 16 one month after visit. Made phone calls to HQ ,no on returns calls or emails
If you are trying to get a decent evaluation, just wait and go to an actual VA appointment. Many of these doctors (providers) are fresh out of school and have zero experience or the "provider" that they schedule you to see has absolutely no experience with what you need to be seen for. I was assigned to see a gynecologist for hand, knee, foot, and lower abdominal injuries. They could care if you actually get a good evaluation, as long as they get paid for the visit. And I won't even begin on the treatment you receive at the appointment. All I can say is do yourself a favor and take a good dose of Ibuprofen and Tylenol before your eval.
Fellow Vets. Avoid this place like the plague. Terrible. I haven't even gotten to have an appointment and I ended up calling the VA to have them switch me to another vendor. This company is hot garbage. Run for cover.
Worst ever, this place cries for help. Just anther business claiming to be owned by a veteran to help veterans. However, they are just collecting money from the VA and running out of low level facilities. I actually had to turn around two times to see the sign (one of those stick in the ground voting signs (1' x2')), in a run down office space. I waited past my appointment time, then when I get into the appointment, the "Certified Physician" start manipulating my joints past their limits with her hands, then taking the measurements. She didn't have all my scans/imaging and records, seemed like a guessing session. I cant stand to see places and companies like these taking advantage of veterans to make money off the government. I cant wait to see my evaluation report back from the VA! If you get a notice saying your scheduled to do an evaluation with VES, call the VA immediately and ask for another servicing center.
Had my first C&P exam with VES (in Germany) and the process was seamless. Folks on the phone were great and doctor answered all of my questions. 5 stars.
If you have this organization as you claims validator call the VA back and request someone new. They will send you to questionable health care professionals in areas that are not safe as well as have you questioning the medical professionals credentials. They are hard to get a hold of and lack the contacts other two contractors have. Numerous complaints to congressional representatives. The customer service call center does an amazing job but the schedulers and most medical providers are suspect. It seems that VES level of service is on par with the horror stories of the VA. Veterans should not have to have substandard care just because claims exams are behind. If you go to their appointments google the location and bring a device for your personal protection.
