My mother stayed in three closed wards in 2013! What a mess! Few staff and temporary staff who shouted to fellow house residents! "Come here" all the way. Well you leave the mother or father behind and you come home! You are called with the message "your mother must go to hospital"! Take her fingertip in an envelope! So blame the nursing home doctor and the director of the ink department. my mother in pain and her thumb in an envelope waiting all night instead of nursing, taking care !. Yes, I am very sorry !!!
