I've been PERSONALLY working with Veritas for MORE THAN 23 years and am ENTIRELY SATISFIED with the way they run their business. Their prices are competitive, their instruments are ALL from ESTABLISHED name brands and they're policies, procedures, and approach to the business is nothing less then EXCEPTIONAL. They're NOT a small company but they handle their business as if they are and STILL HAVE a personal touch with their business partners AND customers. Looking forward to ANOTHER 23 years of doing business with them! CA

There was a mistake with my credit card number but Tommy was very helpful. I was sick and difficult to understand but Tommy was patient and very understanding. Great service Tommy!

Worked with Olga( might be spelled wrong), she was quick to address an issue that had been made on the part of Veritas. She was kind, calm, and collected and handled the issue like a strong customer service professional. Very grateful. Would give 5 stars if no issue to begin with.

Never rent from this company they are a major scam. We rented a instrument when my child was in Junior high and she surrender it before me moved mid year. It has been since 2013 and this is still on my credit after managing disputes. In addition I just caved and started paying because they have this on my credit and not in collections so it looks like they are a current bill I don t pay. Horrible experience

They don t properly report to credit agencies. I asked for a return box 3 times and it took 6 months to get it. They kept racking up rental charges.

I had to dispute with the credit agency and show proof of it being paid for it to be removed from my credit reports.

Not worth it. You can buy a really nice new or used instrument for less than you pay in rental fees for a year and not deal with the hassle.

I've been renting an oboe for 18 months and I decided I would like to purchase the oboe. The oboe cost $1,800 new. The agent told me it would be $1,500 to pay out on a used oboe. She said I had paid them $900. She had the nerve to get smart with me. That's a rip off. I keep all paperwork and will call an attorney if I see this on my credit report. I better not see this garbage on my credit report when I turn it in.

Whatever you do. DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It will destroy your credit. Very shady company. Forgot about this instrument when we moved. I have been trying to call there contact number for weeks now and no one answers to try to return the instrument, to find they have been reporting the instrument late every month but they are impossible to get in contact with to resolve this issue, or how to return the instrument.

Do not rent from these people. My daughter brought home a promotion from the school for first 2 or 3 months off of instrument rental. I agreed to it. After about 4 months, we moved and I notified the company. I was told not to return the instrument to the school that they would send me a box. The company tried to find a local place for me to stake it but these places was far. I ended up shipping it off to them. I later saw it on my credit report. They are still charging for it over a year past the time. Do not rent from them. The customer service is also horrible.
