Better salary compensation and other benefits. Overall good experience for a contractual term.

A software company with around 100employees. Environment was good.

No proper Management, Waste of time..
Ram Reddy who is acting as director, is very cunning and most illirtaed person I saw..I would suggest all that is not the right place for work..

I have worked with this Consultancy in Malaysia for 2 years from 2019 to 2020.
HR team very worst. If we requested anything they won't provide on time
and they will deduct salary without any intimation.
If we call them or email then no response for anything.
No hikes no benefits nothing is there.

Worst software company, employees were in higher position most of them belong to same place(Fully Involved in Politics).

18 or 24 months bond for freshers or experience. Max pay for freshers is 9500 for 1 year and later 1300. No hike after bond period. Threatens employees to stay or make them resign.

Team leads are present here when the company was started. Doesn't know about MNC culture.

Don't join in this company.

Can't really call it as an IT company.

No Proper Management.
No dresscode.
No Standards.
No Parking
No Cafetaria.

Rules change from employee to employee.

I've worked on Verinon payroll to their estimated client location at Pune.
Would like to provide my genuine experience during my tenure.
Worked for around 4 months, can say that all the processes were very smooth and HR member is very much polite and helping in nature.
Whenever I needed a single query, HR member Mr. Kishore was available throughout to help.

Pros:
No Projects- No work - No pressure
People who are looking for job from 3 years can join easily.
No Background Verification.
Skills aren't required.
No need of time management.
Can learn new technologies.
Village culture.
References can join easily (Most of them are relatives and same place, No need of skills).

Cons:
Worst Company - People were in company becomes lazy.
Worst managment.
Fakes proposals from Hr - Blackmails while relieving.
2 Years bond - No hike - Allowances aren't applicable for freshers.
Very low pay.
Worst atmosphere (illiterate attitude from experiences).

If you have better skills don't join here, don't spoil your career. Good for fake profiles and less skilled.
