This rating is strictly for the EVS, nursing, aid, tech, and front desk staff I have yet to have a bad experience with any of these essential workers and I ve certainly observed them dealing with some difficult situations. You have a wonderful front-line staff at USC Verdugo Hills

Overall the service with USC Keck Medicine is always good, but their billing is very unsatisfactory. They always over bill me for extra services even when I just come in for a basic preventive service. I would stay away from USC Keck if you can.

I have been here 3 times to this er in less than 2 weeks the ONLY reason I came here was I thought it was convenient being attached to USC and my actual doctor. The doctors I must say 2 were pretty good the staff nurses,, CNA horrible what nursing staff goes to the bathrrom.in the ER waiting room and leaves the door unlocked DISGUSTING then hearing staff complain about other staff on different shift is what everyone wants to hear when feeling your worst I should of read reviews first

I have been through the ER and subsequently hospitalized twice. I love the care I received and the staff s humane treatment as well as the thoroughness and collaboration of the physicians here. They are excellent. All of the staff are wonderful including the nurses, nurse s aids, phlebomists, house keeping staff, radiology techs, and ER staff. This is definitely a good hospital.

This hospital has really gone hill.. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!!! We have been pushed back in line because my children s emergency wasn t a big enough emergency but to a child with pain it s huge! Waited hours! Ever since it turned to keck the service has been even worse. I used to go because it was more convenient. Hated it! I had all my kids at this hospital because it was close to my home but I will NEVER TAKE them here for an emergency! I swear each time I ve gone for an emergency with my kids or myself, I have wanted to leave due to horrible service or hours and hours long wait times. Twice I have waited so long with my child, left drove to Glendale Adventist and they saw how sick my kid was and took them back within 5 minutes. My kid should have never waited hours to be seen. I debated on writing this review but the last straw was tonight after waiting 3 hours for my daughter to be seen. I would have chose to drive to another ER but I recently had shoulder surgery myself and driving further was hard especially with a sick child needing me and leaning on me. She was the only one in the waiting room for a while. They started to pack everyone in the waiting room. I told them I wasn t comfortable having my child in the waiting area with possible covid patients. So I was told to wait in my car. No one called me. I went in and waited longer. I finally asked how much longer or how many people in front of my daughter. Her meds wore off. They couldn t give me any information. I told the lady that isn t ok. I have a 9 yo in pain and if it s going to be hours and hours long I need to make decisions. She then told me there were 5 or 6 new patients in front of my daughter and she had hours to wait. Never again!!! This place has no value for children or their health. If I could give them no stars I would!

I'm giving Verdugo hospital ICU the 5 stars, once I was moved to the telemetry unit my care started falling off. 3 stars, after the shift with today's nurse, who posted her number but hangs up when I called. I pushed the button for the nurse requesting a cough syrup and a pain medication, I've been told 3 times "one minute" but it's been 2 hours now and my urinal is full. I have blood clots on my lungs and I need these meds because this becomes extremely painful. When I finally did get the charge nurse to come, I noticed when she came in she has her name tag flipped up so that her name is extremely hard to read and I can see that she has it held purposely that way. Consider this if you need to go there.
