As a writer for Blogmutt for 2+ years, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff is always friendly, helpful and responsive. The pay is decent for this type of service, and the weekly payday is a big plus as many content sites pay monthly or semimonthly. There are a wide variety of topics to write about and they add new customers constantly.
Good blog content is serious chore to find. We've tired dozens of different writers, content companies and blog writers over the last several years and BlogMutt has been only organization that can consistently deliver quality writing, on time, every time. The ability to receive and read fully written pieces from multiple writers on our exact topic before paying is a huge plus, and the prices are incredibly competitive. This is more a general query as opposed to a review, so bear with me, please
I have been in talks with Verblio to come aboard (remotely) and edit/proofread for them full-time, which would be a great gig. Thing is, I'm now a little leery as all contact has been via Skype and now they say they are sending me a check with which I'm to purchase all my working materials (timekeeping and editing software, a MacBook Pro, and other office stuff). I worry because I've heard about too many scams where so-called companies or entities hire people to accept and ship packages with funds sent by said company, only to learn that the checks are phony, and any/all funds spent from said checks are then the "employee's" responsibility to pay back to the bank.
At any rate, is there anyone else on this Verblio review thread who has EDITED (as opposed to writing content) for them?

People need to get paid for the articles, which they write for you. Advanced Tree Care and other companies purchased my ads. Your company suspended me for using the free edit feature too many times, so my ad articles were perfect for your customers. I have seen on the internet 'Suspensions' are how you screw over your associate employees. Have I used appropriate English grammar and not plagiarism to write this review? I hope so, because I want people to know the truth about your company.
