Great sales team and outstanding product quality. As for the delivery team, they could benefit from additional customer service training. Ryan was rude and very arrogant. Ryan could mostly certainly benefit from customer service training including how to treat individuals with respect and work on listening to the customer. Besides, without the customer, Ryan doesn't have a job.

Stopped in for the first time a couple of days ago. The furniture is not highend quality and my opinion is that it's somewhat overpriced for what it is.
I noticed a distinct musty odor throughout the aging building as I roamed each area while being completely ignored by the staff who saw me but never made an attempt to greet or acknowledge me.
Despite being completely underwhelmed by my experience, I'll consider it a plus that I was never approached and didn't have to explain why I would be purchasing elsewhere. Kudos to the staff who apparently does such a great amount of business that they can afford to ignore potential customers.

A nice place to see furniture. Pricing is high end, but so is the quality.
After the order, there is a little lack of follow up and contact with the customer to update on delivery.
It took several calls to find the status of an order that was delivered 3 weeks after a confirmation date.

Once delivered, no follow up or interest.

So, good products, easy sales, poor follow through

Terrible!! Received only 4 of the 6 chairs ordere...

Terrible!! Received only 4 of the 6 chairs ordered for a dining table after 3 months. Still, after buying over 6 months ago, we still don t have the remaining 2 chairs despite having paid for them months ago. Will never buy from this store again!

Owner agreed to a two-year sponsorship for a youth...

Owner agreed to a two-year sponsorship for a youth baseball team and went back on her word. We've placed her company's name on our 2 year uniforms and Banner for her business and she refused to pay the second year.

Also refused to return calls for two months and dropped us a week before opening day after all of our balances were due. Staff was always rude when I would call. They are getting free advertisement at our expense.
