Veranda Beach Resort is pretty sweet ive been here so many times i worked here when this place was just woods . helping to get this place developed . i have lots of memories of this awesome place . #love five stars
Veranda Beach located just south of the Canada USA border on warm Osoyoos lake is Absolute best place in the world to take your family on vacation. 1950s Style beach houses, with great facilities like diner, gym and heated pools. Its the best beach vacation spot in the the okanagan region.
A perfect family vacation! This was the first time in long while that I felt perfectly at ease letting my girls ride bikes, get candy from the store and grab ice cream from the diner without my supervision. They rode bikes, played sand volleyball and swam in the pool and lake all day. My wife and I had Veranda Beach wine, exercised by walking the hill and using the workout facility and spent time on the Veranda with friends. We simply love it. Hard to leave but we will be back!
I loved this place. Wish I had known about it earlier in life, I would have spent my summers there. They do such a magnificent job of providing activities for guests, making them feel included. Or if you want to hide away from everything, that is good too. Heidi at the front desk is a GEM!!! So accomodating and wants the best for your visit. We appreciated that superb service and kindness that makes me proud to live in Washington!!
This is a very pretty place with lots and lots of cottages that remind me of the movie The Stepford wives offers boat rentals and jet skis in the summer
The perfect place to spend a week with your family during the warm summer season. Time spent on Veranda Beach in one of the air-conditioned cottages (houses, really), or on the expansive, screened verandas, poolside or on the lake, is time that passes by slowly enough to make excellent summer memories. Veranda Beach is what family summers should be!
