I just tried to call them and the other reviews, sadly, look absolutely accurate. My call was transferred to someone who didn't pick up and no voice mail. It must have rung 40 times. Quite a disappointment, since I do need the insurance, but I don't want to pay folks who are not actually DOING what the agency claims on their very pretty website.
I've had a Really a horrible experience with this company. First of all, it was nearly impossible to even reach them. I called them three times and I was told that an email with an application has been sent. It hasn't. On the third time I just did not hang up until I got the application.
Second, once the application was filled up and I sent it, I received an email telling me that they CAN"T give me the quote and declined me completely. Just to be clear, I have asked them if what I needed was doable before multiple times. I've told them that I had to have the insurance within two weeks. A week before the deadline; I got declined. My advice; find yourself a better company and save some time.

Requested a quote for insurance on my small business, the agent who handled my account was extremely rude and seemed like I was bothering him. Well since you don t want my business, I ll take my money else where! Unbelievable these peopl!

Terrible from the word go. Agent was supposed to email application, didn't then lied that he did. Blaming my email. However, boss was able to email. I'd avoid them at all costs. Just imagine having to file a claim. Stay away!!!

Their phone system is continuously failing; I'll get two to three rings call picks up with Dead Silence for endless minutes. The receptionist seems cold and bitter about it.
Overall contact with the company is impossible.
All I'm doing is calling to get a quote and ask which application I should be filling out to no avail.

Never get ahold of a person. Have emailed and called numerous times. I have been in the customer service industry a long time and this lack of customer service put a bad taste in my mouth. Never again!
