Danielle at the spa is the best masseuse! I have been going to her for several years and have never had a better massage. I always leave feeling so much better and super relaxed. The massage room is also serene and calming.
Highly recommend Danielle! I have seen so many other massage therapists throughout my life and would easily say she is the best ever!

Danielle is the BEST RMT. My husband and I have been seeing her for years - she does an incredible job, has excellent bedside manner, is pleasant and is always able to address any pain I have. I highly recommend her. The salon & spa is clean and the staff is great. Most recently I got highlights done with Anissa. She has amazing attention to detail and the colour is fabulous (exactly what I wanted and expected). I ll definitely be going back to see her as well. Overall a great experience!
I've been a client of Danielle's for many years and there are many reasons I continue to be a client of hers but the main one is that I simply love her deep tissue massage. She never fails to ask me what areas of the body are bothering me and she makes sure to concentrate on them. You leave feeling so much better than when you arrived. Danielle will ask how you are after the massage. It is her attention to you and your needs that make the experience excellent.
Her room in Venus Victoria is so calm, tranquil and beautiful that you immediately relax to enjoy your time with her.
The salon is super clean and I felt safe given the times that we are experiencing right now.

She truly cares about her clients well being and creates a soothing atmosphere during massage sessions. You leave her feeling rejuvenated and relaxed every single time. Incredibly disappointed with the service I received from Venus Victoria by hair stylist Samantha. I went in on a Wednesday evening to get my dead ends trimmed off and I came out with an AWFUL hair cut. She told me she was going to cut the ends and do something to my hair to not make it so flat, and I came out with blunt ends (which I explicitly said I don't like at the beginning of the appt) and terrible terrible layers. I was mortified when I got home and tried to style my hair on my own and realized the damage that had been done. I spent all night searching for new salons and by the next morning I was on to hair cut number 2 to try and salvage what we could. I ended up having to cut off all my hair (I now have a short bob), which was my worst case scenario because I was trying to grow my hair out for my wedding next year (which I also explicitly told Samantha during my appt). When we called Venus Victoria to tell them about what had happened, they would not give me my money back (which I would have used to put toward my second hair cut) but instead offered me a pedicure. If this salon cared about customer service they would have done more to try and remedy the situation. Instead, they've lost 3 clients and gained a negative review. Unfortunately I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their hair cut.
I have been going to Venus Victoria for probably over 5 years now. My friend stumbled upon this salon and I loved what they did to her hair that I booked an appointment right after and I haven't gone to any other salon since.
If you're looking for a great cut, style or your hair coloured than Anissa is your girl.
Bill gives the best head massages and I love when he blow drys my hair as well.
Most of my friends now also go to this salon so I would 110% recommend you coming here. We all love it here.
I have also gotten facials and my microneedling done at the salon, they are like my one stop shop!

Anissa is amazing! She is so well rounded with colouring, cutting, and styling. She did all three for me and I could not be more in love and impressed. I asked her to do something she had not done before on my hair so she prepared and studied for it. It showed great commitment and I was honestly quite touched that she took the time out of her own schedule to do that. She did an absolutely amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend going to Anissa for hair colouring and a haircut! Apart from her incredible skills she, along with all the other staff at the salon, is so friendly, welcoming and professional. It's an enjoyable environment to be in and I will always look forward to going back.

Bill the owner is a gem, always a pleasure to deal with and Anissa is a born natural, never had a bad experience with her and she will never let me leave that salon unless I'm 100% satisfied. Bill and Anissa genuinely care about the health of my hair and will always make the right recommendations....
They have been doing a fantastic job during the pandemic to ensure their clients safety and their safety. Love this place.
