Was here last Friday for a pickup and spent 4 hours to get loaded, decided to come back again today and boy did i make a mistake, so far been here 5 hours and they haven't even started loading, complete waste of time, not organized at all, they have 1 lady that has to do everything by herself, pick and pull order, load and paperwork

Arrive about 30 prior to my appointments usually always loaded by appointment time.

Called ahead to verify delivery appt. Was told FIFO between 0700-1500.
Once I arrived, sign on receiving doors says "due to COVID, receiving starts at 0730".
Checked in at 0730, lady in office said fork lift driver will be there at 0800.
It's after 0800 now and he is here, but still has not started to unload.

the person unloading was very mad about his job, he said he didn't know who scheduled these loads but we don't need them.

They are by appointment only. Don t waist you time trying.when you appointment time hits they are pretty quick

Sad they i know people that are high working in there right now and that makes it a very unsafe work space!

Easy to get my tractor trailer on and out. Over night parking, decent unloading and loading times.
