First contact with Velocity was through a broker. Our Company was approved for 150k. We signed the contract and had two bank verification calls. Shortly there after I received a call from the broker stating they wouldn't fund the deal. I wrote a review and then received a call from a David at Velocity. He blamed the broker for blowing up our deal. He offered to work with me directly. Last night 4/18/24 I receive a contract for 60k. David states he cleared this amount through the owner and underwriting prior to issuing the contract. So we signed the 60k contract and once again had the bank verification call. Anyway at 4:45 p.m. the owner decided to void the deal because our income was to low. I spent the majority of two days providing paperwork, application and phone calls to be told after the second contract and third bank verification to void the deal....
