The show "Politicar" scheduled for November 19, 2019 was canceled due to technical reasons, after the tickets were later on sale. The ticket office in Lisinski cannot refund money for tickets purchased elsewhere. Lisinski does not offer an alternative play, does not offer a corrective option for omission, does not make any apology. Unprofessional and non-professional behavior.

At our visit it was not nice ... from the beginning at the entrance ... wardrobe woman, a "sheriff"; I had to get my bag of papers, passport, money and cards out of my pocket because the bag DOES NOT HAVE TO GO TO THE HALL! So I carry everything in my hands !! To help you immediately called safety man !!! My girlfriend came from Frankfurt for the concert, the same! We, totally frustrated in hall to our places ... Beginning ... so loud that we would have to LEAVE hall at second song ..
When picking up our bags and jackets, I said to the "Scheriff" - Mrs. How is it possible for other people to let in with those backpacks and tote bags, and with us two such a theater !?

Hall & Concerts 5+. But what did you make of the coffee shop? Horror. Where's that vault, leather cult armchairs and cherry wood tables? What does this look like? Cheap Chinese chandeliers, uncomfortable chairs. Hemingeay? Creepy service, we couldn't get a drink in 15 min. Contrary to Cattering Quattro, who did everything superbly. This is SRAMOTA. Who stole the interior? And who allowed it? For 7 years I have a subscription and we always met before the concert in the cafe, which was a hallmark and an integral part of the hall. This is not to be believed. To Siricevic all praise. I will still go to concerts and avoid the coffee house, it would be a shame to invite my guests. I'm canceling 2 stars. A post-modern building from the 70-s, this is the only real Zagreb concert hall. Very good classical music program, with an addition of occasional popular and traditional music performances. The only thing missing is the jazz program and Saturday after-concert dances and rock 'n' roll shows.

This used to be a respectable concert hall. As of lately, they host literally anyone. The respect is gone and Mr. Vatroslav Lisinski is probably turning in his grave. Really sad.

The concert in this hall is something special and cannot be compared to other halls. However, the facility is quite outdated and needs a thorough renovation and modernization in order to have a representative concert hall in Croatia. The staff and organization are at the highest level and there are no crowds either before or after the concert.

A beautiful place like the day I was at a favorite singer s concert and enjoyed his songs which are wonderful. Each of them belongs to one of us only if we know how to recognize it. I was kept company by my beautiful daughter
