Purchased an engagement ring through the Manchester/Trafford branch. This was delivered much later than promised. Unfortunately I later needed to return the ring. The customer service was extremely unhelpful and denied the refund despite previous confirmation that refund was possible. Very disappointing.

Vashi is probably one of the great stores in London to get your engagement ring with the kind of concept and service they have. I complete my purchase over a longer period of time due to the pandemic however the team at Vashi was very helpful from Alexandru, Sergiu to Nadim who helped me throughout the process of creating a perfect engagement ring. Really pleased with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique concept of creating a ring by themselves.
The product itself I m really happy with however the service was definitely a let down when buying our wedding rings. From ordering the wrong ring, not spelling my name right, charging me incorrectly, delayed order. To then promising champagne as part of compensation which I m still waiting for since last year.
