I gave them 5 star for their unique and typical business model.
I am yet to put some effort to research this company. I had horrendous experience with the staff, one from the finance ( a lady ) who refused to give her name and a gentle man with Customer Service who had no clue what he is doing.
Both a lady from Finance and CS hang up on me. 3 times. WOW
It is inappropriate to hang up and not call back. Sounds like inter continental company doing business on US soil with no experience, I will add more after my further investigation.

Just got a message from them offering a position. I don't know when they downloaded their resume database, but I have not had a resume online for at least 8 years. Maybe they're scraping LinkedIn or something. Maybe Facebook lol

Sent me a contract to sign and start date for a job. I showed up the first day and worked a couple hours. Turns out I never officially got hired and got sent home. Very embarrassing experience.

It is a SCAM company. I received a call and email from Sahil Sharma regarding the job opportunity they have for me, and after he got all my personal information, he stopped answering any of my emails and calls.

Its been a great experience for me working with Varite, INC so I came to the USA in the 20** and was eagerly looking for a job and was not sure how things will be as I had no prior USA experience, but soon I was placed in a company, there I could work for some time but had to drop due to some reason, my Varite manager always followed up with me as to when can I join back and soon when things were fine, I again got a placement through them.

I will make it my mission to report and give bad reviews to anyone who sends me emails about jobs using US company names! They sent me an email stating they had a job for me. The lingo is so familiar I have decided that I will report and research each company that looks like a scam to me. Watch me unleash my wrath as I am the voice to all of those who are looking for jobs and are sick and tired of these online scammers!

Awful. Another submit and ghost recruiter who can't seem to find the reply button. Also, Deepak speaks terrible English and was almost impossible to understand. Avoid this company as your time is more valuable than wasting it with Varite.

Spams you all day. Does not allow you to be removed from the DB, nor do they have an unsubscribe option in the emails.

The employment verification lady, Ms. Manjay Patel, was rude and truly unpleasant.
