Vantel Pearls in the Oyster Review

I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from this company. I love every one of them. The consultants are so nice and I enjoy watching them.

Let me begin by saying Vantel's Jewelry is junk junk junk and there consultants are shady. They dont stand behind there jewelry. Employee review on glassdoor. Even there own employees say the jewelry is junk. Word of advise DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VANTEL PEARL'S......

My pearl ring broke only 3 days after purchase and they will not return my money. This is a $108 ring and I haven't even had it a week. I'm incredibly disappointed if I bought a ring like this from Nordstrom or Sax I would get a return immediately

I waited for a few months for my pearl earrings to come in. 2 days later the pearl fell off of one of them. When I checked the other earring to make sure itt wouldn't come off it also broke. The company then told me that I would need to pay to mail them out to be fixed. So the earrings I paid for and waited months for, need to be mailed in 2 days after receiving them with me paying postage and again having to wait for them. I superglued the earrings and will not use this company again.

All my pieces have been gorgeous. It's so much fun to see what the oyster is hiding

I work for the Vantel Pearls company and, honestly speaking, I have never met so many polite, courteous people under one roof. It is a place where due diligence is not just a policy, but a way of life.

Beware of Vantel Pearls! I am disputing charges for 180.00 jewelry order and want a refund. Pearl placement was wrong and consultant tries to blame me so I immediately went and got screen shots of my messages to the consultant and also the quality is cheap ! My cc company has is disputed charges and I requested a copy of the invoice/order form. This consultant isn't answering my messages and it appears I can no longer message her.

I am absolutely happy to have found this company! I love the jewelry and the quality of it. Anytime I had any questions customer service has been great. I made the best decision in joining the company as well.

Garbage products. Low quality cheatp freshwater pearls being cultivated in china being sold as expensive Pearl's from Japan.
