Very clean and organized store also excellent customer service

Great customer service. I've always loved wearing Vans shoes so I come here a lot. Place is always busy since there's an indoor skatepark which you can watch from upstairs in the arcade. Great selection of shoes & easy exchange process.

Very nice Vans boutique in an open-air shopping center.
Possibility of finding the collector collections.
The indoor skatepark is really top, possibility of meeting big names of the Californian skate culture. Really suitable for all and at all levels.

Fascinating store. Hip clothing footwear all complete with a skateboarding arena - yes - a skateboarding arena.

Super greatful for this store, they are a little understaffed, but their employees are really helpful and take the time to understand what your needs are and what they have that will meet them

Plus they have a genuine focus on helping girls get into skating which as a father of 5 girls I totally appreciate

Locals at Vans' The Block skatepark practice territorialism. For a private, pay-for-use park, this reflects poorly on Vans and compromises their image and branding right in their own front yard. Managers were mostly polite after one of the Vans self-described "flow team riders" (employees deny he is on the team) snaked me one night. I gave the guy a chance to apologize, or at elast acknowledge his wrong-doing, but instead he winked at me from the corner he had retreated to (which can easily draw up sexual harassment charges if the circumstances were different). I wasn't interested in wasting the rest of my $10 evening, so I asked the management if etiquette is enforceable. At a one of the only pay-for-use parks in SoCal, Vans relies upon its reputation as a safe, family-friendly environment. I guess not so much with its team riders...

I won't be wasting any more money there if this is the way their team members behave, it creates an unsafe and hostile environment and it's simply a horrible investment, when Volcom has a fre park in Costa Mesa that is not far away. At least there behavior is self-regulated and there aren't any trumped up expectations of professionalism or safety that Volcom's own team tarnishes.

I really like the possibility of being able to bring kids or children to practice skateboarding in this store.

Stil amazing great set up food places near it shop for tools too inside overall a lot of fun.

Great skate park. Great staff. Kind of. Daryll was very rude towards me and my friends. I get it, he's doing his job, but i can tell he just doesn't like many people. When he's off work you will see him skating the park. You'll get to know him quick by hearing him call people names under his breath such as, "poser" or "Kook". I'm not the only one who has problems with him because he is found in other reviews but they say, "the guy with a beanie" or "the jerk". He is found harassing people while he's checking everyone for pads by saying stuff like, "learn anything new" just because he knows your in a slump. All the other staff are great however, and pretty chill. The skate park is fun and fits all levels.

Every single person who loves skateboards and comes to this mall must visit this store. And yes you can bring your own skateboard and if you don't have one you can rent one. It is not your typical skate shop! why because this store sells skateboards skate wear Vans tennis shoes and most importantly has a very cool indoor skatepark. The skateboard park is for all ages as long as you're safe.and they make sure that you're safe because they went helmets and knee pads excetera or of course you can come with your own. if you have kids and you want to shop you can definitely rent a locker to put your things in while you're at the actual State Park. if you don't skate at all it's just fun to go stand in there it's free to just watch kids skate jump ride the rails and do really cool acrobatics on a skateboard.

I heard this place is closing in the near future. You will not be missed...because I don't skate and I haven't visited you since you first opened way back when you first opened.

I had payed for the renewal yearly membership for my son less than 7 months ago and it e was not updated in the system! When I came today as e usually do most Fridays, I was asked if I wanted to renew by a new crewmember, when I explained I had already the membership he doble check the system and my son wasn't there!
I have been taking my son ever since 2014 and "renew" twice already (or so i thought) they charged but it was never updated since! !!
Very disappointed! Just because my son loves skating and this is the only near safe place to bring him, otherwise I would not come and I recommend parents to make sure they input the renewal in the computer or else you'll be paying twice for a membership that's is not even that good...

I brought my Lil one shopping today, walked in and I was greeted immediately. Offered help by Nikki ( I asked her name at check out). She made shopping easy. I purchased three pairs of vans for my daughter. She was happy waving bye to Nikki. I will definitely be back of course. Great employees like her are hard to come by. Keep up the great customer service Nikki.

I have never went to this place but I have called many times to try to get a hold of one of the employees and they don t answer. My sons birthday is this weekend and I need to know about the wavers because I found one on a website but I don t know if it s the right one

Robbie was an awesome instructor. My son said, he would not have tried some of the ramps but, Robbie made him feel comfortable and confident. After the lesson they built his first board together, very memorable & positive experience.

Wow... a vans store with a skate park... so great for kids and adults who love the brand!

sickest indoor park so far ive been too. its a bit for the advanced skaters with the big obstacles. so i wouldn't recommend beginners, because it gets super packed at times an accidents can happen. but other then that its free. just need to sign waiver. helmets optional for 18+

Great free skate park. free skate clinic for kids on some Saturday s. Can t be beat!
