I had payed for the renewal yearly membership for my son less than 7 months ago and it e was not updated in the system! When I came today as e usually do most Fridays, I was asked if I wanted to renew by a new crewmember, when I explained I had already the membership he doble check the system and my son wasn't there!
I have been taking my son ever since 2014 and "renew" twice already (or so i thought) they charged but it was never updated since! !!
Very disappointed! Just because my son loves skating and this is the only near safe place to bring him, otherwise I would not come and I recommend parents to make sure they input the renewal in the computer or else you'll be paying twice for a membership that's is not even that good...
