Easy in and out, professional and friendly service. Good quality trailers.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They don't call their employees emergency contacts when the employee gets injured. They also tell their employees if they leave work early or go to the hospital after the employee gets a head injury that the employee will be fired. Worst place in the world to work for. I'm absolutely disgusted with their behavior and I plan to sue them. Hope they get shut down and never open again. DO NOT WORK HERE, THEY ARE CROOK'S! I've talked to a lawyer about everything and I was told to sue. I've turned them into OSHA already.

trailers are OK over all , but if you have some issues ...GOD will not help you there , the management staff is absolutely horrible to work with you , even i did bout over 100 trailers in last few years .

Bought a 2020 reefer trailer and boy what a nightmare. There was foam leaking out of the floor in between the crossmembers and the walls. Both top corners on the inside are coming apart. Had it at a vanguard dealer (Central Trailer in Altoona, IA) four times for repairs. The trailer is only two months old and the corners are separating again letting moisture into the walls and insulation. One of the brackets holding the side skirts already broke off. Quality control and the actual quality of these trailers is very questionable. I m being bounced between the dealer and vanguard on the phone while they re trying to find a resolution. So I m currently pulling a new trailer around with a hole in the corner. Vanguard wants to try and fix it again for the fifth time. At this point I m done with patch work and repairs. I think vanguard needs to stand behind their product and admit that the trailer has a manufacturers defect and buy this lemon back. I paid for a brand new defect free trailer and I should get a new defect free trailer. Buyers beware, should have spent a little extra and went with utility or Great Dane instead.

I bought a 2017 few months later the ABS light keep coming on I've seen water stains on the floor and hff ave no idea where it came from. the trailer supports that seats under won't go up sometim . I wouldn't recommend this trailer.

I picked up a trailer on Sunday evening. Simple process and staff was nice. They have a map layed out so you can find your trailer. It's a dirt lot so be prepared to track dirt into your truck and pray that it's not a rainy day. I found my trailer but it was sunken into the ground so I had to let the air out of my airbags and raise the landing gear up as high as I could get it. I was finally able to ease under and connect. They have marked the last 6 of the bin on the front of the trailer and that's a big help.
