Being back into the motorcycle scene, Roman and Sorrell provided top customer service and knowledge for the gears High Road carries and things outside. Couldn't have asked for a better dynamic dual for selecting and getting recommendations. Even if you're not a BMW or Ducati owner, they got the stuff and the apparel dept will have you covered!
We dealt with Troy who was awesome, knowledgable and just a great guy all around, Cindee who was lovely and a genuinely sweet soul and Steven who was super nice and friendly - they were all amazing! We bought a bike and will absolutely be coming back to purchase again soon. The service is fantastic and we really felt everyone was authentic and excited for our new biking adventures! :)
I just wanted to say that I received excellent advice and a great deal on a Shoei Neotech 2 and some Daienese gloves from Roman D.in sales.He knew about all of his products .I hope to be back soon to fit the helmet with that nice Sena system.
The guys in the apparel section are outstanding. Both went the extra mile for making sure my new helmet fit perfect and looked rad. They were super busy when I visited the shop but still made sure I was well looked after and even made sure they knew my name. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for riding gear especially! Thanks guys!!!
The arrogance and complete lack of customer service here is stunning. I had been in talks with them to purchase a R1250GSA which would top out at 30K+ with taxes. This was a cash deal no financing. All along I was told no problem about a test ride. Back and forth we went for a couple of weeks. Well when I asked how much notice they needed to have a bike ready for a test ride they said I could only ride it around the block cuz they wanted to keep the kms low . Who cares about the consumer only the dealer s needs count here. They did say I could rent one at Cycle BC which BTW has neither the model nor the year. I told them I have bought many vehicles and in over 30 years have never been told no to a test drive. They basically told me that is industry standard which is a pile of BS. I have ridden 3 other manufacturers motorcycles on test rides. There is nothing quite like telling your prospective customer he is a liar. I debated about perhaps buying elsewhere BUT High Road has the BMW dealership for all of Vancouver so I am stuck with them for post sales service. The only BMW owner I know previously told me their service is dodgy , ultra expensive and their attitude is terrible. Read through the 1 star posts on google, there is a theme that runs through all of them abysmal customer service and petty cheapness. This what happens when you have a sole dealer in a region and they are only motivated by greed.
Great bike shop. Great people. Have dealt with Troy for a number of years now and I have to say that he is second to none. Great selection of apparel and helpful service staff. One of my favourite places to shop for sure.
Hey BMW, don't ever lose Will in Parts. The man is a magician and can conjure parts from the deep unknown at the perfect moment!

My brother came here for a replacement part. They provided it quickly and cost was reasonable. The only strike was the voicemail and messaging. Pretty much a waste of time. Had to drive there.
The gents in the apparel department are phenomenal. They go the extra mile to ensure I get the gear I want in the size I need. They are very knowledgeable in the products. Most importantly their customer service/ post-purchase follow up is first class.
The department is clean, welcoming, and has a great selection of quality motorcycle gear. Highly recommend!!!!
