WOW, WOW, WOW! I have wanted Lasik for such a long time and I am BEYOND happy I went to Vance Thompson for my surgery. It was quick and painless and the nurses and staff did SUCH a good job of making me feel comfortable. They checked my eyes 3 times before surgery, I met the doctor before surgery, I was comforted during the procedure and everything was explained to me so I felt comfortable on what to expect. Vance Thompson is worth every single penny and I would recommend this facility to absolutely anyone!

Went from 20/1000 to 20/20 with near vision as well. Totally satisfied.

Initially, I was very nervous about corrective eye surgery but I desired a more permanent fix with my vision. The team at Vance Thompson answered all of my questions and gave me very clear expectations and steps for recovery. The discomfort I felt was totally worth it as now my quality of life has improved tremendously. I highly recommend anyone interested in corrective eye surgery to ask the questions and take the steps towards working with this team.

It's been almost 3 years since I've had my cataract surgery done and I still cannot see right. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are there to make the big bucks and live nice lifestyles. I was near sighted and now I am far sighted. Was not given the choice in what lenses would be placed in my eyes. Just given a line as to why they did what they did. Can't really see far and can't really see near anymore. It's been a nightmare. And it was only suppose to cataract surgery, not something that would change my life forever. My neighbor went to sanford health and has had no problems. Be wary, nice people at the desk. But the doctors just make excuses for what went down.

I am very appreciative and thankful for what Dr. Vance Thompson, surgical team, and doctors have done to make my Lasik Surgery successful. The desk secretaries, doctors, and medical staff are extremely friendly. Dr. Vance Thompson and the doctors are very thorough on the procedure that they are going perform on you. My surgery couldn't have gone any better and it feels amazing to be able to see without glasses or contacts. A huge Thank You to Dr. Vance Thompson and his amazing staff!!!

totally made my eyes worse. They have the rudest doctors ever. All they want is the $$$$
I did not need cataract surgery, they convinced me I did and I would see perfectly after surgery. Vey good at putting pressure on. Cannot read or see near as good out of one of my eyes as I could before surgery. Very frustrating. And you know what? They dont give a rip!
Go someplace else.

I can't say enough about my Vance Thompson experience. Everyone was wonderful and the end results better than I expected. I would recommend them to everyone considering cataract surgery.
