One of the best prices in town serving small and medium businesses

Rude staff in receiving department, they have terrible attitudes as well as drivers are not allowed to use company washrooms whosever come here for shipping or receiving.
Very first time I saw this type of company in Canada and USA. I want to give them 00000 stars.

Unfortunately, lots of discriminations here by the sales persons or some managers.

For example, under the table they sell something to a customer who's from the same country and speaks the same language 40 to 50% cheaper but to others NO WAY.
I hope the big bosses take care of this.

Wholesaler often delivers low-grade and unsellable stock late... I'd steer clear and do business elsewhere.

The kids working here have serious attitude problems. Lazy, rude, immature and strong sense of entitlement. Complete morons.

Products are great, always fresh, customer service line is a bit rushed but in the end, the product is great and the drivers are always great.

Terrible customer service. I've had at least 3 sales reps and they are all rude and typical snake oil salesman. They aren't even knowledgeable on the products they sell. Perfect example of how a couple bad representatives can ruin the image of an entire company. Will NEVER buy from here again.
