Fantastic service, big bolt in the rear tire of my Lexus, bolt removed and tire repaired free of charge, top service at Louwman Waalwijk.

At the time of Autobedrijf Van Dorst a great company with excellent service and customer-oriented work. Various cars bought here and always in maintenance at Van Dorst. Extremely bad since the takeover by Louwman; ridiculously high prices and agreements made are abruptly canceled or changed. In short: it has definitely become a trick!

For the 2nd time purchased an occasion at Dorst's garage in Waalwijk, due to the good price-quality ratio we returned to this dealer despite the fact that we do not live nearby.
Compliments for the customer service, and the excellent delivery of our toyota Avensis.
Customer at number 1 is of paramount importance, and that is noticeable in everything.

Beste Mensen van van Dorst Waalwijk.
Een half jaar geleden heb ik een gebruikte Corolla Verso uit 2003 gekocht met zes maanden Bovag garantie. De auto is verkocht met realisatie van een aantal persoonlijke wensen.
Naar later bleek moesten er nog best wat dingen gerepareerd of vervangen worden waaronder de waterpomp.
Wat mij blij maakt dat ik nooit heb gemerkt dat mijn klachten als negatief werden ervaren of dat er een reden gezocht werd om onder de garantie uit te komen. Alles is tot in de perfectie en kosteloos in orde gemaakt. Door deze behandeling voel ik me geroepen om me als ambassadeur van jullie prachtige bedrijf te gedragen en mijn ervaringen met iedereen die het horen wil te delen.
Nogmaals bedankt voor de klantvriendelijke behandeling.

An excellent Toyota dealer where customer-friendliness is paramount

I have been coming there with my car for years. Honest and good service.

In the meantime I already ordered OEM parts for the handbrake of my Toyota Supra. Agreed prices were on the high side (4x more expensive than aftermarket) but that is to be expected. Next day I was able to pick up the parts immediately, and then heard that the part price was excluding VAT. An additional 21% was added to the already expensive parts.
I found this way of doing business so strange that it stayed with me last week to hear that it is illegal at all to quote prices without VAT against a private person.
It was clear that I was a private individual at the dealer.

Good service pleasant mean possible with the seller, but unfortunately I did not manage to do business, which of course does not make them less good.

Had an appointment for a test drive, had to drive 2 hours before that. Upon arrival the car appeared to have just been sold. Now again 2 hours driving back ...

Attente, empathische verkoper bij Louwman, die de klant nog wat gunt! Je merkt dat men het leuk vindt dat de klant blij de deur uitloopt. Louwman tevreden, wij tevreden.
