Table bought at van Donzel. We have explicitly asked for an easy-to-maintain table that only needs to be wiped with a damp cloth. According to Mr Van Donzel, we only had to be careful with warm glasses. then moisture could get under the paint.
The table has been delivered and has several problems. The top shows irremovable damage caused by a book or other non-scratch material. The longitudinal joints in the blade are open at both ends of the blade. Three of the four stainless steel legs are damaged in one corner. The stainless steel legs are mounted in the wrong place under the table.
The complaint was submitted immediately after delivery. It took a bit longer to pick up the complaint. At the moment still no complete solution has been presented.
Van Donzel wants to restore the table, but in my opinion it is a new table and recovery is not 100% possible. I will then receive an edited table while I have settled a new table.
In my view, the first point of the complaint cannot be resolved as Mr van Donzel advised us incorrectly.
The dull spots that arise in the paint keep coming back daily.
The service department will let it go and await our action.
Meanwhile, due to the amount of communication between us and the service department, we are not very satisfied and feel driven into a corner by this furniture store.

Bought a new sofa at van Donzel in Uden for a decent price.
After a waiting period of 3 months, the new sofa was delivered and installed. After delivery, the bank turns out to be too deep for us. Contacted the seller directly. Unfortunately, they do not want to cooperate in taking back the bank, so that we can choose a new bank in their case that fits better.
While they indicate on the site that it is in their DNA to satisfy the customers 100%. Not so ....
