Good food ... well cared for .... cozy ....

Very nice hotel. Room very spacious.pleasant breakfast and restaurant very good.personnel very welcoming.

I was able to relax really well there. We had a wonderful vacation after a busy time. Gladly again!

The kitchen here is better than it is in several other vanderValk restaurants.
They have many fresh fish dishes, because of the proximity of the Volendam fisherman's harbour.

Had dinner there on Sunday, then it is (too) busy and it still looks a bit too factory-like. Were already at a quarter to five and could no longer sit by the window despite the fact that there were many free tables (why so called. Where did the salad buffet go? Staff is friendly, it's not the fault. 3 stars is really enough.

The hotel restaurant serves beer from an experience in Bavaria Beer Heineken is only available in very wonderful bottles I ordered tomato soup looks and smells promising
Also tonight I ordered salmon for the main course an amazing and delicious dish well done

Years ago I came here regularly and it was always very pleasant. Visited again yesterday! Food and drinks were fast and also very tasty! Operation very friendly. I hope to come again soon!

Nice climate. Rooms neat, bathrooms too. Very helpful ladies at the reception. An interesting fact is that they have a restaurant and a separate bar as another room. Bus stop right at the hotel.

Van der Valk Hotel the staff are very helpful and polite and the chef is excellent he made special food for me as i have a nut allergy even palm oil , coconuts etc.

Nice quiet location with very nice breakfast and dinner (gluten free) ... clean and smooth service also super clean for the rooms. We will definitely come back.

A very nice hotel in all respects. I enjoyed everything in terms of restaurant, cafe, garden, lake, children's games, swimming pool, gym, and I also liked their breakfast, everything that is in it.

"Did it taste good?" What has tasted? I ordered a Brave burger, my table with 14 others was completely saturated, and I still waited for my meal after an hour and a half ?!

We all had our fun. Quiet and not so far away from the center, if you drive by car.

Arrival is nice at the hotel surrounded by waters .. landscapes. At the reception you will be welcomed in a friendly way. A standard room is a perfect room. You have a walk-in rain shower. A refrigerator .. a good television. The beds are wonderful. The breakfast is top.very extensive. Unfortunately de.hotels charge absurd prices for breakfast

The best when it comes to a gastronomic evening, for a total price that is affordable, with a very wide choice of live prepared dishes.

We stayed in the Van der Valk Hotel Volendam. It was a great stay and we enjoyed it very much. Close to the center of Volendam which is ideal! The Simonehoeve cheese farm is located next to the hotel. We paid a visit here and it is definitely recommended! We were explained how cheese and clogs are made and there was a wide range of cheeses that can be tasted and bought. Very friendly staff and we will definitely come back!

Friendly staff. A somewhat dated establishment, but perhaps Volendam Tourists want that.

Far from the worst falcon that we have visited. Cold room reception not clean. There was still open expensive packaging from God who knows how long.

Very comfortable place to stay. We have booked with romantic package and were really enjoyed about it...

It is a very nice small reasonably priced hotel. I feel very ok with it this time. Breakfast is great and the room is comfy. Some of my associates said there is time of the year where the farm nearby needs to fertilize their land, there will be strong smell but this time, it is totally good.

from Dec. 8-10. following our wedding day at van der valk Volendam. First night with balcony door slept wide open. it was that hot. second night with air conditioning at full speed it was even warmer when asked the ladies why is that ?? Yes you sleep above the sauna !! I think we were in it. With checking out the gentleman asked when we called our room number 164 not how we had it. So we mention that ourselves. I will pass it on was the answer, well we think you know that. Also when assessing the hotel we asked for an answer, nicely not no answer and both the snot cold of the air-conditioning that rages like a fast train. Thanks. Following your phone call just this how many standard rooms do you have ... there is nothing wrong with your standard room ... just not above the SAUNA.
