Very convenient and good stay. Staff is very professional. I will be back in a couple of weeks.

Dated hotel rooms. Every now and then a train passes by with a lot of noise. Rooms are hot air con I could not find? Price quality not in order. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

When we indicated in the restaurant that we were having a bongo voucher there, suddenly a lot less friendly was done.
We finally received this voucher for a gift and have ordered more than enough alongside the voucher.
Secondly, the starter and main course was served cold!

place where the job is all its seminars, always happy to go there, beautiful setting, hyper clean and all the facilities to work on site.

Great place to stay with well designed and nicely arranged amenities. Worth recommending.

The food was delicious. The service below par. The drink was not brought, the starter came 3 minutes after the aperitif and, last but not least, the promised promotion on the site, was only valid from 10 people, it turned out in the restaurant. "They still had to adjust the site" was the answer. So saved us 200 on the bill with our party of 9 people ...

Far too expensive hotel versus the quality delivered. Very moderate shower environment, no thermostat faucet, bad shower head, and the cistern of toilet was a drama. A pervasive annoying hum for two nights also does not contribute to the stay. If you see that they charge 282 for a simple room with breakfast, then I know that this one from Valk will no longer receive me. There are many and much better Falcons.

Our hotel room still had an old bathroom that was not kept up to date, a flaking shower head of bath, mold here and there and especially a toilet that did not flush at all.

Nice hotel, real v d Valk, well received, tomorrow morning breakfast expects a lot.

last September we booked the embassy suite for 179, this had to be the party of the year in a beautiful luxury suite! Unfortunately what a nasty deception that has become!
-during the reservation it turned out that an intern had arranged my booking, after calling to ask if we could do an early check-in, no problem mrs this is possible from 9 am .. huh and those other people then, they have to be there at 11 hours, and then there is still cleaning to be done ..? offered themselves that 12 hours might have been more convenient to come! I called the day before we left and immediately asked about the check-in, this time to an employee, Good that you just call, apologies, you really can only be in the room from 2 o'clock because the guests before you have a late check out! disappointing! Arrived at 2 am and received a "waiting" drink, without further excuses, at 2.30 pm we could get into the room, hoping that our stay would be okay now.
Unfortunately, the trouble appeared to be just beginning in the room.
-nail polish streaks in the bath
-nail polish streaks against the foot end
- thick layer of fabric on the entire headboard
-dirty feet and hair next to the bath
-all taps completely full of lime
-confetti between the bed and behind the bath
-significant damage in the shower tray

My courage really sank, first a cigarette on the balcony, there the ashtray was overflowing and broken, of course ..

this cannot be done! asked at the desk how this is possible? So dirty? Answer: dirty? I have just been there myself dumbfounded I asked him to come along, but he talked about that and, slightly annoyed, went to call housekeeping, and we got another drink. just went to the room to get our swimming clothes, there the ladies came .. when walking out the door I saw that they were changing our pillow covers (complaint was headboard fabrics) ... I left it with the cleaning .
To avoid further stress!

Enjoy a moment in the wellness, I must say this looked pretty clean, they are not cleaning shower heads, but we had already experienced that in the room .. in the evening we went back again and then I got all the towels myself tidied up that had been thrown into corners everywhere :(

time to go to bed, what am I hearing? oo that is the staff who walk outside under our hotel room to the parking lot, have a chat, yes Joe doeeeeii.
12 o'clock should be possible .. we will try again, the fridge next to my head goes on and off every 5 minutes .. looking for a plug! first the desk forward, but it works! So finally peace! 5:30 the next morning bam, bang, doors, carts .. huh .. oh nice cleaning with their carts clean sheets that go from the left corridor through the outside to the other corridor .. i'm broken want to get out of bed, eat and go here! We had arranged breakfast in bed but canceled this at the desk, also canceled the option for an extra night! the fun was gone .. at 8 o'clock we broke down with our suitcases to the car .. we will never do this again! we eventually got 60 back but that could have been stolen from me. I was so looking forward to this day and night. People you have been warned. The food is top! Really can not say otherwise! That is all new construction! Very beautiful and luxurious appearance.

Surprising that there are so many meeting rooms here, ideal if a conference wants to organize

2nd time we have been and back on and TOP. Definitely go eat in "nest" restaurant.

Very merry centre hotel on the outskirts of Beveren

Good food and breakfast clean pool but in the room the mini bar was not stocked and not clean. There were also hairs under the duvet. Spider web on the bedside table. Broken glass and made with duct tape. There were many cigarettes on the terrace. But otherwise besides the rooms it was perfect

Noisy bedroom and noisy guests. At least in the ground floor where my room was connected with the next room by a door through which I heard my neighbours TV Set. Food not bad and breakfast good.

Despite the air conditioning in the room, I didn't get it below 25 degrees, sometimes not even below 27 degrees. Air conditioning ran all night, temperature was also measured in the morning.
Therefore with 27 degrees it is definitely too warm.
So it was too warm for me to sleep well.
Repeated comments at the front desk did not help. Otherwise I was happy.

Attended BNI meeting. Nice reception area. Tasty and rich breakfast.

Stayed very nice in room dinner and breakfast due to Corona but it was delectable. Fortunately, you can enjoy the pool by appointment and completely private. I will definitely go back when the massage and wrlness are fully active which was now unfortunately closed

Very good service. Great food and good atmosphere. Maybe a little more food. They also stopped giving free drinks fifteen minutes early.

Stayed here during Summer as a stop of point while driving through Europe, found this hotel & its room very quiet and comfortable, visited the pool very relaxing after a long day driving! didn't get the chance to eat here as left very early in the morning, but slept like a log!

In my room (116) a clearly disturbing noise was heard very regularly,
That looks like a certifying washing machine.

A super location for the events. We have organized a wine fair by Colruit. Super cared for with everything on it. Next time we'll be back.
