Very fast loading of goods to Poland! Very nice people, I recommend it!

Really never had such a bad service. Ordered something up to 2 times via garden furniture supplied by Hoekstra BV. Both times the drivers were very unfriendly, grumpy and not at all service oriented. They just put the stuff on the sidewalk and you have to deal with that. While garden meulland said they would put it in the hallway (live on the ground floor). I also find the bad attitude of the drivers very bad and downright rude. After the first very bad experience (he had also damaged the car of the neighbors and I had to get the stuff 200 m away because he did not want to drive into the street) asked for another transport company and they would arrange that. I was hoping it would be 1 driver who had a bad day, but unfortunately it is general how they treat people at Hoekstra BV.

A very neat and correct company that can switch very quickly, even if you e-mail on the day to pick up something, the planners know how to plan this in the route without any problems.
The prices are very decent and so far all drivers are very customer friendly and helpful when unloading !.

Initially, the contact went well and professionally. Indicated that we were not at home and asked if the delivery could be rescheduled. This was not possible. The question was then asked whether the neighbors could accept it or if there was a safe place where they could put it. Indicated that the neighbors were willing to accept it.
However, it is apparently (?) Put in the garden according to the driver, but we have not seen it? So now no package (of nice value!) .. Contact sought and pointed to the appointment and earlier mail contact, to which I only received the response that it was annoying, but that it would have been delivered anyway! So contact the seller now, because I will not pay! Very unprofessional that it is simply placed in the garden or that the driver claims that it is placed there. The customer has no product and must now be on the blisters and arrange everything with the selling party!

This company does NOT deserve a star at all. What unfriendly antisocial drivers / customer service. They only have one goal and that is to throw everything down as quickly as possible and leave with screeching tires at 14:00 to be home again.

Terribly bad company. The delivery person was very unfriendly and seemed to have little fun in his job. He has no eye for the customer and especially wants to dump his stuff. However, this is not so much why I am dissatisfied. The delivery of Hoekstra is quite literally to the door, because the deliverer did not want to lift the furniture inside. This resulted in the delivery person leaving me in front of my door with a 2 meter long bathroom cabinet. Without thinking about a solution, he went on to his next customer. I would never do business with this company.

Made use of Hoekstra more than 20 times, very good experiences!

Today lounge set delivered by appointment on time. Nice driver who unpacked everything neatly and took pallet and cardboard back.

Very satisfied with today's delivery! We live on the ground floor in an apartment complex and officially the driver only had to deliver to the main entrance. We found this annoying, but we hoped for a service-oriented driver who also wanted to go the extra mile :-) On the day of delivery we indeed had a very friendly driver who offered to drive the delivery to our own front door and even over place the threshold.

Also delivered here to the door of the apartment complex. And I am a woman alone and there was 1 package of 64 kilos. The driver's answer was, my job is done and it left me so much to see how you do it. Not really professional and extremely unfriendly. If I had not been at home and it had to be delivered to the neighbors, it would have been put inside because you cannot leave such a precious package outside.

Had an outrageous anti-social driver today! Really incredible!

If you expect a delivery from this transport company, do not stay at home because they will not come anyway. They only come when it suits them. Twice they ask via email to be home on an agreed date, without showing anything they don't show up. Even when they insist on calling 30 minutes in advance, they suddenly arrive at your door on another day without notification. When you're not there, of course.

This package we received today was not registered. So no one was home. The deliveryman rang the doorbell twice according to my neighbors and put the ten letter in the box AND LEFT THE PACKAGE IN FRONT OF THE DOOR. My neighbors have taken care of it. It is outrageous of course that my property is handled like that .... Em that delivery person .. Who can get the plague from me ..

It is that you have to give a star. Drama company. Send a text message that they would arrive in thirty minutes and then two hours later no one will be present without telling why!

Then you call and you get a gentleman on the phone who then thinks that I just. Normally should ask why the driver is two hours late and does not let me know. In my view the upside-down world. Never again will I have something transported by this company.

Shame about the delivery. My packages were placed downstairs at the entrance of my apartment complex and I received a call to come and collect them. I can assume that they will be placed at my front door. In a single-family home, it is still delivered to your front door, or you have to take it out of the fleece wagon. By the way, they were not the lightest packages and having to view the gallery with them was no fun I can tell you.

Hoekstra arranged our move. That was a good choice. Nice people, hard workers, super organized and a decent price.

Hoekstra came to us twice, once to bring a lounge set and once to pick up the lounge set again due to a defect. Different drivers, but both drivers were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the good service!

The staff is neutral. When I asked to load in the location that I needed, they refused: you can't go further into the warehouse, you can't leave, it loads only from the rear, they don't have a hydrocarts, they had to poke: (because of this, the loading took too much time, and pallets not according to Feng Shui.

Very poor service !! The site said they would deliver our garden furniture on 26/3. We set ourselves free, but nobody came off. When we called, they told us that the garden furniture would be delivered on 27/3. We made it clear that 27/3 did not fit, but that 28/3 would succeed. This would be passed on to the driver. In the evening we receive a message that it will still be delivered on 27/3. On 27/3 we call again, and we are told that this cannot be changed.

Zojuist heb ik een pakket mogen ontvangen die door jullie vrouwelijke collega is bezorgd in Helmond. En ik wilde mijn complimenten geven voor deze zeer vriendelijke dame!
Die mogen er meer zijn wat een topper .
Ook ben ik netjes op de hoogte gehouden via de mail over de exacte levering van het pakket.

Bestelde tuintafel via een internetshop perfect geleverd door Hoekstra. Je wordt keurig op de hoogte gehouden van de levering. Ga vooral zo door!

Very fast delivery of furniture for my bathroom. They contacted by phone, since I was not present. As promised, it was literally delivered to the door. Very good service.
